So happy with this purchase! It’s sturdy and incredibly easy to assemble! When I found it I didn’t understand the lid being able to stay open at any angle. Once assembled it made sense and I love that feature. It was the perfect size all other storage benches were so long and I wanted something smaller just for stuffed animals and for my daughter to have a raised surface area to play on instead of the floor. I was nervous because of the great price point but it’s beautiful, and adds to her room. There was no chemical smell as there is with some prefab furniture. The thickness of the pieces are great not too bulky but thick enough so it doesn’t split on assembly. All the pieces seem to function well even the handles of which I was skeptical. My only negative is there seemed to be some sort of stain on a couple of pieces looked like bl♾️d. Pictures for reference, there was one spot I didn’t take a photo of that looked like the three middle fingers. Idk maybe someone hurt them selves during packing. It was a big issue to me just make sure to disinfect to be on the safe side.

I bought this because I have a lot of blankets and no where to store them but this storage chest made it so much nicer to look at. It is very easy to open and the size fits perfectly at the end of my queen size bed with about a half a foot on either side of extra space. I am now so much more organized because of this. I have a queen sized comforter in it with about 3 other throw blankets and more room to spare. Highly recommend this, the only reason it didn't get 5 stars from me is the quality of the wood, I do wish it was a bit thicker so that it didn't split as easily when putting the screws in.

I bought this trunk to store a china set my husband bought for our 20th Wedding Anniversary. I wanted something beautiful and sturdy. The size of the trunk is perfect for my purpose, as it is big enough to add my Christmas plates and such. It was easily put together by my adult son, and he commented on how sturdy it is. It is a heavier trunk, so it’s definitely a two person carry. The lid has a hinge which seems durable so it will stay open so I can lift whatever I need out without worrying about it shutting in my digits. Definitely would recommend.
