I wish I could give it a -10 stars! When I finally made time to use it, it DOESN'T work! Can't hoop anything, not even the stabilizer. Bends up and un-hoops when you tighten it. DON'T waste your money on it! I should have tested it once I got it. Now I'll have to trash it! Return window expired.

I got the larger size hoop, and couldn't even test it with the machine. If I try to tighten it down at all, the long sides of the inner frame bow up and out, refusing to hold any tension. I don't know if it's something wrong with the design, or if they used a bad plastic or if that plastic is warped, but it's entirely unusable. ... show more
