Operation of the extractor is easy as well. It’s going to make our honey extracting sooo much easier than it has been previously, with a smaller, manual extractor. We had to contact the company due to a lid that was damaged during shipment. They were courteous, responsive, efficient and expediently sent us a replacement for that lid. I received this as a gift and the plexiglass came broken. I can’t seem to get a hold of the manufacturer to get a replacement part but other than that it works great! We did have to bolt it to the floor to keep it from walking but that was our only complaint once we got it fired up

HAVE USED THIS SEASON MANY TIMES. VERY, VERY PLEASED LOAD IT! IT CAN HANDLE IT balance your load best you can. I attached mine to a wooden triangle. this makes it easy to hand truck and increases stability only modification I made. EASY TO CLEAN WRENSE OUT WITH WATER HOSE LET AIR DRY IN THE SUN SET ASSSIDE TILL NEXT DRAW. ALLOWS YOU TO DO OTHER THINGS WHILE IT WORKS. WELL WORTH THE MONEY. SAFETY FEATURES LIKE AN "E" STOP BUTTON AND DOOR OPEN STOP GREAT. CAN'T SAY ENOUGH.

Shipping was fast but Box arrived with 3 holes in it. Plexiglass was broken in the shipping process. Contacted seller through Amazon and had a very quick response. New Plexiglass has arrived and installed. Extractor is working great. This is the 4 to12 frame extractor. Its heavy duty. Make sure to distribute the weight correctly. Very easy to use and works well so far.
