I’ve smelled a lot of roses in terms of diffuser and the reed, it smelled like cough syrup ,eventually gave me a big headache. This reed diffuser smells really sweet and mild. Love the way it was packaged. I know the flowers are a bit cheep but I’ve kept it. Let me see how will it last

After reading the instructions, and opening up the packaging, I set up this reed diffuser set. The floral blossoms are such a nice touch, visually, and theme-wise. I thought that perhaps the fragrance oil would be in a separate container, ready to be added to the glass vase. No, the bottle was already pre-filled with the rose scented oil. It came with a secure cork stopper. The silk flower stems and reeds were packaged separately. I used three of the reeds to get started. Delightfully, the scent isn't overwhelming. It's very subtle, but if I leave my office and come back in, I'm picking up the gentle fragrance. That's actually ideal for an office setting. I'll give it another day and decide if I want to add in one or more reeds for a larger throwing of the scent. Loving the gracefully fluted pink vase, which sets off the flower stems in a lovely way. Overall, a very nice presentation which exceeded my expectations.
