This thing is ridiculously comfortable. You just sort of collapse into it and I'm in my late 50s and I keep wanting to snuggle up with a blanket in this chair! Yeah, it's a little harder to get out of because it's lower than the sofa seating but my my my it is soooo comfortable. I will say I put a rectangular pillow (faux sheep skin) in there because there's no low back support but I'm willing to compromise on this delicious chair. It's heavy and substantial. It is also very HEAVY! No way could I get it inside until I tipped it over and sort of "rolled" it inside. Next couldn't get it out of the box - funny actually - until I once again tipped the box and dumped it out. But things went smoothly just cut the straps and the two plastic pieces holding it into a cube AND Then it turned into this beautiful chair!!!! I just love it!!!! ... show more

Love it! - So comfortable, soft and well made, didn't have any odor, though it was the next day that I can see and feel the difference from when first trying it right out of the vacuum packed bag.
