The only downside is that the black cover shows every bit of dog fur and dust, so it gets dirty pretty easily. This thing is big! It grows and grows over the first few days the more you jump and play on it. The foam pieces are kind of thick and chunky and you can feel them inside when you sit on it, but it's still soft and comfortable. Just wish there weren't such distinct chunks inside.
