I ordered this bean bag chair (5 ft) to make a comfy lounge area in my home office. It was absolutely perfect for what I needed. It does have a bit of a chemical smell when you first unbox it, but that rapidly vanishes. The box is quite heavy but I was able to carry it upstairs myself and I am a woman of no particular strength. It does take a couple days to expand, as you can see in my photos. I tried to capture the progression. Do not buy this and assume you'll be able to sit it in right away, it doesn't expand quickly at all. You can speed it up by shaking and moving the bean bag around to help the foam separate. The bag itself has a handle. You can see my unboxing video for more details on how the bean bag chair came. Its very easy to assemble. The zipper and cover seem to be of good quality. It has a nicely sized pocket as well. I've had it nearly 2 weeks now and it gets daily use, but sadly not from me. As you can see, my cats have claimed it. Especially the orange one. Who can blame them? Its like sitting or laying on a majestic blue cloud. They adore it. Most expensive cat bed I've ever purchased. I hope one day they'll share it with me. My cats give this 5 stars. Additionally, my lunatic husky has jumped on it repeatedly and been rough with it and its unharmed. I also recommend it as that seems durable. Be warned if you have cats, they will find this and they will take it over. I assume young children would love this also. Anyone would. It's amazing. I only regret I didnt buy the 6 foot.

This memory foam filled chair has exceeded my expectations 100%. It is stunningly beautiful. I got the 3 foot (purple) and it is super large, very true to its described measurements and fits me perfectly (5’2, 115) with good support. I was a little bit apprehensive and read several reviews, but I am super happy I decided to purchase this bean bag (memory foam) chair. It was super easy to set up with simple instructions. I have had mine up now for only one day and it seems to already be fully expanded (the manufacturer said to give it 48 hours). I could hardy wait to share my delight in hopes of letting anyone on the fence to hear my truth. It is well worth it! It is very good with shape retention. So easy, just pick it up and give a little shake to easily put it back into the original shape after using. I have already sat and enjoyed it and put it back several times. I also like that it is washable, so no worries if you want to clean it or spill on it. The outer fabric is a soft microfiber velvet and the inner core (with the memory foam) is encapsulated in a black breathable fabric. The inner portion, was very well vacuumed packed (this scared me a little), but within 20-30 minutes, I saw the shape expanding. This is when I put the outer shell over it by centering it in place so it could finish expanding, which it did over the course in a few hours (and still expanding). The double zipper is good and strong. It also includes a pocket (for phones, etc.) and a handle for carrying. Now that I can speak from experience, I am getting another one. It is well worth the money and I highly recommend this product.

Update 2, the company has never reached out nor corrected this issue. I did not start a return, because it would be too difficult to get it in my car and return it. Update, I have since changed my star rating to a 1. I believe that I received the 3 foot not the 5 foot that I ordered and paid extra for, even show in the description on this post. After 2 1/2 days it still has not filled out. As I said below, I'm 5 foot 1 and half my legs hang over the side. I can't even curl up without my feet hanging over the side. I am truly unhappy with this purchase for these reasons. I included a second picture showing how my legs hang off. Could the company reach out to me on size issues, please. Original post; So far not impressed, the measurements are not 5 foot it truly measures 3 1/2 in diameter. I am 5 foot 1 inch and my legs hang over the side. It is not filling up as fast as I thought either. I expected it to be full, as soon as you sit down, however you are almost touching the floor. It has been 24 hours so I will see again and update when, it hit past 48 hours. The 3 star is because it is made well and the fabric is super soft. Right now it looks like a sad giant pillow.

This feels flatter than it should be but it's hard to gauge because my boyfriend's son is a big kid (about 5 feet tall at 11 yo, and very overweight unfortunately). So I'm not sure if it will fluff up more or if it will stay appearing only half full. Hard to say if we didn't wait long enough before using (it fluffed up overnight at least 8 hours). (No pic because its at my bf's place but will try to update). That said his son loves it and its great for lounging while watching movies. I hope it will last a long time. The fabric feels nice. I think this would be appropriate for smaller kids probably 11/10 yrs or under (average size kids). I didn't get the 4 foot chair due to a very small living room area. This 3 foot is a good size otherwise and still maneuverable without much effort.

It is however a little large to get through a bedroom door. I have the 4 ft one but a 3 ft one would probably move through doorways easier. I would like to have one in every room. Maybe I will.

My daughter likes this but you don't sink into it very well so she doesn't use it as much as I expected her to and the foam tends to compact so you have to reshape it often. It's heavier than you'd think and it comes with a nice carrying handle but because of the weight of it I don't really trust the handle not to tear a hole in the cover. My biggest wish for it though would be that the cover was removable for washing. I had thought this one had a removable cover but it doesn't.
