I received my hammock today - 03/03/2024 and put it together after a short struggle. All critical parts were there from the parts list, but two pieces listed on the parts list weren't there. One item labelled: "J" and one item labelled "K" were missing. Apparently, J and K are carrying bags that are supposed to come with this hammock. They weren't there, but all the parts that mattered were there, so I set it up and laid out on it and enjoyed it greatly. Also, there were two carabiners included, and these weren't on the parts list. That was interesting. There were 2 extra screws and one extra nut, so that was nice for a "just in case" scenario. This hammock is really cute and comfortable! I love that it has a cup holder and a sack for your belongings. It did take at least a half hour to set up. I thought it would be more portable than it is. We won’t be taking it anywhere because it’s too difficult to set up. It’s not a big deal though since I primarily got it for the backyard. The frame doesn’t seem quite sturdy enough to hold the 480 lbs it claims it can hold, but it can hold my two little girls and I. My husband doesn’t trust if for both of us to go in it, but together we weigh over 400 lbs. I like that it’s light weight and easy to move around the yard. ... show more

The first one I ordered arrived without the parts needed to hang the hammock on the stand. I received a replacement, and had to go through the process of disassembling and repacking the first, then getting it (a heavy box) to a return store, then reassemble the replacement. My partner immediately hated it, as she slid off no matter how she tried to lay on it. I tried a few times and mostly enjoyed it, as long as I found a position that was balanced well. Until today, when the chain snapped, and I fell directly onto the metal bar of the stand below. I am well under the supposed weight limit, and we certainly never tried to lay on it together. I'm currently waiting for customer service chat representatives to tell me whether or not they will refund me. Save yourself the headache, the back pain, and the money - don't buy this. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I liked everything, I spent over 10 hours constantly laying on it and I had no problems. All the parts were perfect, sturdy, and easy to build. it took like 10 minutes. I layed there with my boyfriend my mom and my grandma all at different times but didn't have a problem at all. Is hard to flip and it was super fun I have absolutely no complaints and I wish I could but 3 more. 1 specific thing is the fact that it is really big. It is a nice hammock and at an affordable price, but the chains are not welded together. The first time my husband and I tried to lay together, (we’re under the weight limit) the chain snapped and we both landed really hard on the concrete patio. Ouch!!! Upon looking at the other reviews, i anticipated this hammock being much more difficult to put together. the instructions arent the most clear and it’s only pictures not written instructions, however it was pretty self explanatory in my opinion. i’m also not the best at building things and was able to put it together on my own. i found it was somewhat difficult to figure out which piece goes where when adding the brace to the actual hammock. I had it backwards to begin with but the pieces won’t go together if you don’t have it the right way. i bought this with the intention of leaving it in one place. i think it would be difficult to take this hammock down to take somewhere else. But, it’s not incredibly heavy and i’ll more than likely be picking it with some else, or dragging it on my own, around the yard to chase the sunshine. overall, it was exactly what i am looking for. the size, quality, and comfort of the hammock is great. the little bag and drink holder, and pillow it comes with is nice as well. i can’t wait to tan this summer in comfort! ... show more

It was so easy to set up! Love it so much. And it is so comfortable. I like that it is for two people. Me and my boyfriend lay on it all the time. We both weigh 155-160 each and it holds us pretty well. It help my mom 179 and my brother 129. I think it Can hold up pretty well. It is a good buy for the price. ... show more
