I got this to replace another green house I'd gotten several years ago. While the frame is still ok, I needed to replace the cover and eventually decided to just replace the whole unit; regulating it (my orig green house) to my tool shed as a shelving unit to hold small pots, etc. The HomGarden mini green house which I got to replace my orig green house, has the same frame as most mini green houses you see here on Amazon. The cover however is of a much better quality and thickness than my previous greenhouse; as well as a lot of the others I either looked at in front of our local Bartell's, complained about in the 1 star ratings here on Amazon, or per the description itself of the thickness on others. The zipper is also very well attached; a complaint with a few I looked at. The cover btw, ties onto the frame on all four corners at the bottom, so no worries about it blowing off in the wind. Some people have questioned or complained about/whether there's a problem with these little green houses blowing over in the (winter) winds. I personally have mine on the sunny side of the house where it's also protected from winds on two sides. That said, in the beginning with my first green house I did put a brick on top of the bottom of the frame to weight it down on either side, just in case. I quickly realized however, that for me it wasn't going to be an issue what with potted plants wintering over inside. The Homgrown Mini Green House was very easy to set up and when I did encounter an issue of our own making; cust service was immediate... I'd give them 5 stars just for their help and excellent service alone!!

Bought this lovely little greenhouse for indoor use. It was super easy to set up, the shelving is wide with plenty of room for lots of seedlings or plants. The cover is a heavy duty plastic with good sturdy zippers on the front door. Using right now for 2 vanilla plants and they're doing great in a nice warm environment. No missing parts, sturdy, well made - love it!

It was very easy to assemble but you do have to be careful to not use too much force when inserting the medal rods into the plastic ends. It's a fine line between fully seating the rod and pushing too hard and cracking the plastic. I would also advise that you take the time to make sure each tier is level if it looks twisted. And I took the time to make sure each metal plant support was not bowed and used gentle pressure to remove any bow if I saw one. I feel it is sturdy and had no issues moving it around after assembled. I would not try to do that fully loaded though. For the money it is well worth considering.

This was my first time using a green house and I absolutely love mine! It has withstood windy weathers here in the PNW and held firm with several heavy plants as shown in the picture. I highly recommend you tie all the loose ribbons and heavy rock on bottom. It has saved many of my plants when we had some surprising frosts come through our area and was so easy to move from patio to my garage. It came in record time and was easy to set up...about 30-4O min. (Make sure your rods are all in order and you have lots of space! For the price thiswad with every penny!

I bought this to store my resin crafts in a dust free space. It was very easy to assemble, it's lightweight and portable but the shelves are very flimsy and impossible to level. They're wire, but they came bent and misshapen. I replaced the shelves with another material and was able to level it.

I live in an area with about 4 months available for gardening, so getting a head start is important. This ended up being the perfect size for all of my seedlings with 3 of the shelves, I rigged up a way to hang my grow lights, and once the seedlings were too tall, I removed the top mesh shelf to give the taller plants room. Kept the heat and moisture in, and had room for a teeny desktop-sized fan towards the end. Small enough that I put it in a corner of my home office, and put it downstairs in the basement when I was done with it, perfect size to store all my seedling pots, containers, heat pads and grow lights until next year. So pleased!

I really wanted this to work. I have multiple plants that I cart inside every time it gets colder. I live in Central Virginia, so while our temperatures are cold, they are not New England cold. Received this item quickly, and assembly was quick and painless. Wire shelves are not super sturdy and I was not able to place my 15 year old large snake plant on a shelf without it bending precariously. If I had left the plant on the shelf, I'm certain the shelf would not support the ceramic pot+plant weight. Let's talk about temperature. I understand this is not a fancy, all glass green house. But I expected that it would keep my plants alive when the weather dipped into the low 40s. Nope. I was distraught when I checked on my plants the next day to find them almost dead. While I think they will live now that I've brough them inside and am using all my green thumb measures to get them to back to full health, I expected that the greenhouse would do a slightly better job in protecting my plants. So now it sits empty, sometimes on it's side (yes, you really do need to tie it down heavily or the slightest breeze will send it tumbling across the yard). Will I keep it, yes...it will be a nice sauna in the spring/summer for my plants. Will it keep plants alive over the winter...unless you're already in a southern region, don't count on it.

Very happy with this greenhouse, no surprises. Pretty sturdy and lightweight, easily moveable when shelves are removed. Does not come with instructions, just a picture and quantity of materials, but very easy to put together. Be careful not to cover a heater vent! It becomes a sauna super fast! I can hardly wait to start my seeds this season.
