Cant wait to start my lettuce in this neat little hydro grower. Net pots fit perfect, sponge's fit perfect and have a pre-slit cut in the middle for easy seed placement, water level float is very handy, air pump, pump line and air stone are decent and work as they should, overall a well refined simple grower and it even came with a nice little set of "seed" tweezers.

45 days into my first grow with this kit and look at the results! Just add your own lights, seed starts and water and the salad bar for one is OPEN! Nothing could be easier, takes up little space in our dining room. Great choice for beginners and just bought my 2nd unit yesterday so now I can feed my wife too! Never by store lettuce and Swiss chard again. Grow 365 days a year no matter what the weather. Look at those healthy roots. Hope this helps you decide.

I like that this little unit is small and it fits on my wire shelving unit. The air pump is extremely low quality, as is the air line tubing and the air stone that is included. The water level indicator is also cheaply made, it does not work as it is designed to as it hits a little plastic brace that's inside the tub, and it just drags on the hole punched for it's use. It holds the AeroGarden Grow Pods, just place the pods in the holes and give them a gentle press and they'll sit in the holes nicely. If using the AG baskets, be sure to check the water level as the water level should be lower than if you use the net pots that come with this unit. I have 4 Leaf Lettuce pods and a Poblano Pepper (waiting to go into a deeper bucket when needed) When deciding to plant in this unit, choose wisely, yes it has 11 spaces, but you will not be able to grow say - 11 heads of lettuce in this, they will be extremely crowded and won't get the nutrients they need without having to fill this 2-3 times a day. It's a really cute little bin, and easily blends in. I also like the removable deck as well as high side on the deck just in case you have a water oops. I'm satisfied. I would recommend it as long as you understand the limitations.

Received this today and had it set up in two minutes. The unit is very well constructed, everything is very well done. This is my first shot using a system like this, I'm hoping to plant strawberries and Roma tomatoes.

This product is really great for a beginner or youth. Very simple and very effective Just keep the plants to small things and change the water every 2-3 weeks and you will be amazed Romaine lettuce, buttercrunch lettuce, fresno peppers, all work really well. Too small for tomatoes except as a starter

I have a huge vegetable garden this system due to foam inserts not peet or rockwool idk its basically a Tupperware dish with holes and a fish tank pump. Completely worth less attempts 4 different vegetables o sprouts nothing I waited to long to return it in hope purchased linsay lettus seed sprouted in 6 different systems next day this system 3 days not one sprout. Tried 3 other seeds o results don’t waste your cash get a better unit or make your own
