I am making a review as I am taking it out of the box. At the time of this review - there are only 80 reviews so of course the percentages are high. I'm hoping that even though this product may be new and does not have 1000's of people purchasing - that it will be a good topper. 1. It took much longer to receive from vendor. 2. In my small town - the USPS would NOT deliver as the box was too big. You may not have this problem if you have Amazon trucks in your town. Wish they would have chosen UPS or Fed Ex for their delivery option. 3. Was very heavy, box was large and I struggled to get the KING size in my vehicle. 4. Upon opening - and laying flat I unzipped for additional airing ability. I noticed the topper is very soft. Hmmm??? 5. I have owned several toppers over the years as I have a bad back and my hands go numb on a regular mattress. I have owned Linenspa, Sleep Number and My Pillow (do not recommend at all). 6. Hoping this topper is as good as everyone is claiming as it will be a witch to return. Update after receipt: 1st night sleeping was very good. I notice that it is very soft (softer than previous purchases) so if you put this on a soft bed - you may not get much relief. On a firmer bed - it may work well for you. HERE IS WHY I GAVE IT 5 STARS: I don't usually go into a deep sleep. I slept so deep the first night that I remembered my dreams when I woke up. I'm hoping good sleep continues. ... show more

First-- it DIDN'T smell when unpackaging. It was easy to put on our queen bed. Great quality. Standard fitted sheet depth still fits (though very snug; think about a deep pocket fitted sheet). Included straps help with possible movement. Highly recommend.

My son couldn't be happier with this mattress topper! It added just the right amount of padding to turn his previous firm mattress into a much more comfortable bed. He's had it a little over a week and I haven't heard a complaint about his back being stiff since.

I really like this topper for our cabin bed because when your camping you can actually be glamping. It's really comfortable and I love how soft the fabric is. It has really nice elastic straps on each corner to help keep it in place.
