I find this IPL device to be painless. When I first started this treatment with the IPL device I started gradually like the instruction booklet says to and worked my way up to the highest level. Now I’m on week 3 1/2 and can handle the highest setting just fine. First when you start using this, at least what I did and the instructions say to do, is start on a test spot and make sure your skin doesn’t react badly to the IPL flashes that go into your hair follicles. Then wait the appropriate amount of time to see if you react OK to the treatment or if there is a problem, as in irritation, or redness etc. also, make sure you read and look at the pictures that show what shade of skin it will work on and what shade of hair and consistency it will work on. That way you know that this will work on you, although everybody is different, and results are going to be different for everyone I believe. I didn’t have any bad reaction to this IPL device so I continued use. I’ve been using it consistently since then on my legs and arms the most. I don’t feel any pain from the flashes, just a bit of a minor warm feeling which goes away for me after completely done use for that day. I use mine now everyday, I go over my legs and arms everyday consistently but do not go over more then once a day for each spot that has been already flashed. I really like that there is different levels to this IPL, it has 5 levels per area you’re using it on and 4 different areas. You can change the area my using the mode button which conveniently has a picture of the area you want to pick on the LED screen. There’s leg/arm, face, underarms, and bikini to choose from as the area you are working on. You can also change the level of IPL power from lowest to highest with a press of a button. You should use this as you can tolerate it, that is what I’m doing and have been doing with this IPL device. Also which I love is that you can switch between manual and automatic mode for flashes. Manual is where you have to press the button each time you want a flash, with the automatic the flash goes off as soon as it hits the skin. Personally, for me, I like the automatic flash. It’s easier to do but make sure you wear the glasses it comes with because the flashes are bright for this IPL device. I love that it comes with everything you need to start, protective glasses, a razor, a nice easy to read instruction manual, and the device itself with the charging cord that you plug-in to use. Definitely make sure to wear the glasses it comes with, I was so excited when I started using it that I made the mistake of using it for only 5 minutes without the glasses on, and those flashes are so bright, after realizing my mistake, I immediately put the glasses on, and it was much better, but I still saw flashes for an hour after because of my mistake of not wearing the glasses at first. And you definitely want to shave before using this IPL device as well as using the glasses. You definitely have to be consistent with use of this IPL device, that’s what makes the hair finer and slower growth of hair. It’s only been close to a month for me and I did start gradually like it says two so I haven’t noticed much of a difference since I started, but I am gonna continue to use this IPL device every day and hope to see some good results soon! This IPL device is very light and easy to use and painless, just read the instructions, wear the glasses when using this device and shave ahead of using this device. Make sure you’re comfortable with the level you’re using, and which location you’re using it on. I was OK after all that and continued using but Like I said everyone’s different, so I can’t speak for anyone else, but I’m excited to see change in my hair growth! I really like this IPL hair, removal, device, and all the settings and ease of use. Also, it’s very light to use and hold and that is an additional plus. So far, I’m quite impressed with this and I am going to continue using it. Now this is only my opinion on my use of this IPL device, so make sure you read up on it and when you order it or if you order it, make sure you read the instructions very clearly so it works good for you. So far I would say this is a good IPL device, and I’m really glad I got it and would recommend it to people! Great value and a great device that comes with everything needed and clear to read instructions! Lastly be careful if you use the automatic function because when it touches something it will immediately flash, I just had it on, and on automatic, to take a picture of the part that flashes so people can see how big it is and it hit my hand which flashed immediately. Although if not trying to take a picture then the automatic function is easier/faster to use, well for me at least.

Prior to purchasing I always reccomend ensuring that this will work with your skin/hair color. IPL lasers are attracted to certain skin tones and dark hair to ensure the best results. For best results use as recommended and know that the results are slow but you will notice a difference during the weeks. I started using this on my underarm and am about 6 weeks into use and have noticed minimal hair growth vs using a razor. This machine is easy to hold and use. You are able to select how powerful you would like the laser, press it against your skin and press the button. There is a slight zap to the skin but it is not enough to worry about. So far I am happy with my results and will continue use.

This product is easy to use but it takes a while to get results, which is expected. A lot of people end up giving lower reviews on these products because they don't see results even though the description states 12 weeks. Everyone's skin is different so some might find success in this product and others might not. I like how compact the product is and that it has unlimited flashes. I hope it lives up to the unlimited flashes but that seems pretty standard for these products now. Only time will tell if it works completely as intended.

Straight out of the box, the device is compact and light which makes it easy to handle. The device has four modes with 20 levels, so it allows you to have a slow build based on your comfort. I like that this has an infinite lamp. It's not going to go out after a certain number of uses. It says it takes 3 weeks for results, so we will continue to use and monitor progress. It's painless thought, so that is nice while we are testing it.

One of the best things about this IPL hair removal device is that it has unlimited flashes. Unlimited flashes means that you don’t have to worry about the lamp suddenly burning out and not being able to use it. I also like that it’s dual voltage (100-240v) which means that I can use it while traveling. Plus, this device is FDA cleared as safe to use. It is unclear however, if the IPL device is actually rated 30W or 36W. It says 36W on the product page but 30W on the back of the IPL device. Nevertheless, at 30 or 36W, it will take quite a few sessions until you see results.

Hello friends, I selected this home use hair removal device for getting rid of unwanted hair. This device is compact and fits right in the palm of your hand. It is FDA cleared and safe to use which is nice to know. There are four modes with twenty levels to pick from. I like that this has an infinite lamp. It's not going to go out after a certain number of uses. Using it is painless but I have yet to see results. I think because it is a home unit it will take some time to do it safely. I'm willing to go for the ride so I'll be back to update this review with long-term results.

I had pretty good luck but I’m fair skinned and have light hair. My friend has dark skin and black hair, while she saw some change it wasn’t much. Overall we both thought it was one of the better, less painful, hair removal products out there…especially for the price.
