I wanted a nice surface to work on, I have a Cricut and like to do crafts. I wouldn't put a lot of weight on this, but it is sturdy enough as a laptop desk or craft table. It took me about 20 minutes to put together, but I am typically good at that type of thing. I have plastic drawers under it for storage, and it was a perfect fit. And it was delivered a day early.

This desk was purchased within November of 2020 and has held up so far. The wood top is a good if not great material and while the assembly was a bit tricky the person who said they drilled through the top must’ve been over tightening the screw. I did get one subtle protrusion but all desks will do so if you over tighten. This desk is a great long desk that I use for gaming and would 10/10 buy again if mine ever got damaged due to unforeseen circumstances. Only 4/5 as the assembly was a bit confusing to be fair but anyone who can’t put this together whatsoever shouldn’t be building furniture in the first place.

The quality is average for what I paid, maybe a little below average as tightening screws causes some bubbling of paint around the area. It's simple enough to put together, though the instructions are a little small and don't specifically mention the orientation of certain holes, and you have to reference the tiny pictures and read ahead to make sure things are aligned appropriately. Doing some forced shaking showed no wobbling of note(though I am replacing a wildly shaky desk so maybe my standards are lowered). The last point is a bit of a question mark, as I received on of the side metal pieces caved in(the crush was about 4" long). Luckily it was in the middle of the piece and didn't warp the shape so assembly went without issue, and amounts to an aesthetic defect. As it was on the inner side it's unnoticeable and I have no major complaints as such. I'm not sure where the blame is on this damage, whether it was a huge QC oversight, or damaged during shipping from something penetrating the box and crushing it I'm not sure. The 4 stars is because of the quality and instructions, but I do want to alert others to potentially suspect QC or damage in shipping of this product.
