It's all plastic, heat resistant up to 250f but it's all very flimsy. The potato masher was bowing and bending the whole time, flakes of plastic were falling off the cut/pressed edges even after a few hand washes. Good for a kid going to college or a starter apartment, something you 100% will be replacing after a few uses. But for the price, it gets the job done, for now. ... show more
