  • Great for showcasing Christmas Tree
Size: 1-1.75" Color: Silver
It's an attractive base, a little larger than I anticipated. The main problem I find is that my tree tilts. I bought a new 7' narrow tree with sparse limbs, im going for a traditional "real" look this year. I mentioned the size because the weight of my tree isnt the cause of my problem. Tilting could be eliminated by the manufacturer lengthening the inserts. Approximately 1.5 inches of the insert is what stabilizes the tree. The insert is the correct diameter which leaves no room to add a splint. I will have to take down my tree, remove the insert and modify the trunk area hoping to stabilize it. It does rotate, but mine doesn't rotate smoothly. It hesitates before making a full rotation. It is quiet. Bottom line, I recommend this stand for those who understand what problems they may have and are capable and willing to make adjustments. ... show more

  • Happy with Purchase
Size: 1-1.75" (1 Pack) Color: Gold
The media could not be loaded. Hello! First, sorry for the Windex blocking the view of the tree stand, I'll add better photos and videos later if amazon lets me. So last year my mom bought a new tree, but we didn't put it up. Growing up we had a spinning/rotating tree. When mom had to get rid of the old tree she was having a hard time just finding a rotating tree with a stand that already rotated (this year we were able to find some but that's not the point). Mom bought a pretty stationary tree and my little sister bought my mom a rotating tree stand (not this one) and this year we started setting it up only to discover, the pole for the tree stand does not fit the 1.5 hole for the stand. I measured the diameter and found that the pole was 1.75. Then I started the hunt, and found this! We were very excited and are still excited about this stand. There was one issue, the 1.75 adaptor was big enough for the tree but the tree wobbled when we placed it in the stand. In the instructions, it basically says if that happens do not use the stand. I am my father's daughter and I just decided to fix it myself because I like the stand, it's pretty, it works, and I'm very confident that I can fix it by filling the extra space. I used a strip of foam. NOT FOAM SPRAY. For some reason that is what my mother thought I was doing. If you use foam spray, you will ruin the stand. First I check to make sure the strip of foam will not get caught in anything when the tree stand is turned on. Look into the hole of the stand and when it's turned on everything inside should all be in one piece and all moving together. Once you confirm that the foam isn't going to get caught somewhere, place the tree in the stand. Then start shoving the foam in the gap of the stand between the walls of the hole and the pole. You only need to wrap around once, you're not going to need that much foam. Also, this will need to be repeated every year, so every year you will need to either put the same foam back in or get new foam. DO NOT GET STICKY BACK FOAM. I mean you can if you really want to, I'm not your mom, and my mom told me not to do what I did but I did it anyways so even if I was your mom you can still do what you want, but you know you should really give your father and me a call sometime, we worry about you. I realize that photos will probably help and I didn't take photos of my process, but I'll add a photo of what it looks like with the foam in the stand. I also understand that the company has instructions that say what they say for a reason, SO if anything happens with my tree, the company isn't liable. Still, I'm very happy with the stand and very happy I was able to fix it, and hope that this may help others who find the 1.75 adaptor piece to be too big for their tree. ... show more

  • Very happy with this silver rotating tree stand
Size: 1-1.75" Color: Silver
Set this new stand up with my new flocked christmas tree and it works like a charm. The stand is very quiet and rotates slowly in one direction until power is shut off and then rotates in the reverse direction when powered back on. I have wanted this stand for a long time but hesitated because of the price. It is very solid metal, rotates quietly and looks expensive. I deem it worth the extra cost. All ready for Christmas 2023! ... show more

  • Worked with all 4 Balsam Hill trees I own
Size: 1-1.75" Color: Red
I love Christmas. I love it when my trees rotate. It makes me happy. When I was a kid, our neighbor had a rotating tree and I loved to watch it turn in their window. The lights twinkled. I wanted our tree to turn so bad. I begged for a tree that spun. My Mother said they were tacky. TACKY. I personally think she was to cheap and didnt want to decorate the back of the tree. But, I digress. 20 years later and some therapy....I now have a total of 4 trees that spin at Christmas. (In your face Mom). I read the reviews on the Home Heritage stand and it made me scared to order. Many people were saying it did not work with the Balsam Hill trees. But, I didn't have a choice, I took a chance. My new 9 ft BH tree was leaning in the old base from last year. I was afraid to decorate it since it looked like it was going to fall over. I have never had this problem before, but, my other BH trees are 7.5 ft trees. I think the added height and weight was just to much for the stand (even though the box said it could handle 9 ft and 80 pounds). I currently have 4 other tree rotators ranging from $39.99 to $60.00. They are the kind that the "legs" remove for storage. I can't tell you how many times I made the naughty list trying to put those things together or dropping one of the legs on my foot. Do yourself a favor and shell out the money for the Home Heritage one. I will be replacing my others too. This rotating base is that good. Why? *It has a wide base. *It was much taller than the other bases I have. I think it supports the pole better. *It is made in one piece and it is sturdy. No assembly required. *It has adaptors that will fit 4 different poles. (*Some of the reviews said that the adapters were not in the box that they got. I have to assume that someone lost their adapters when they put up their Christmas stuff last year, ordered a new base, took out the adapters. and returned it. The one I got came wrapped in bubble wrap with all attachments.) It also said it would take 5 days to deliver and I got it in 2. *You don't need a tree skirt. It is nice enough without one. I have had 4 BH trees over the years and they all have a 1.50 trunk. Yes, I checked using the adaptors sent with Home Heritage base. 2020 has sucked enough already. Don't make it worse by having a boring Christmas tree that just stands there. Make that sucker spin like a ballerina. (Albeit slower or the ornaments would fly everywhere.) The pictures are of the Red Home Heritage base and the 9ft tree. I should have taken a picture of it leaning, but take my word for it it was. The picture of the green base one of the base the 9ft tree was leaning in. It worked fine on the 7ft tree but I will be replacing it soon with a Home Heritage too. Also don't judge the second tree. I havent had time to shape it yet. ... show more
