They are easy to use and adjust. Very comfortable to wear. I have used them on both my wrists and ankles. I worry about the "one size fits all" for most, but I am happy with the product.

The color is really pretty and girly. The weights are actually kind of heavy and make quite a difference when I have these on. It's cool that you can use them either as wrist weights or ankle weights. I would suggest wearing them for a few mins at a time and work your way up to wearing them longer during your workouts. 1 lb sounds like nothing but it is actually heavy for me. I like it and will continue to use them when I workout or do yoga.

The media could not be loaded. I didn’t expect to feel the burn, or anything when ordering these ankle weights, but man oh man does that 2 pounds on the ankle make a difference! I’m always finding ways to challenge myself in adding more to what I’m making into my daily workouts and this is definitely one of those things. I use these on my mini stair stepper every day and will soon incorporate them at the gym when I get enough courage to finally go. The pink is just an extra bonus as the color is cute and girlie. I still feel cute with these baby pink ankle weights while breaking a massive sweat!

They would not stay on properly I had to readjust every minute also was very bulky.

These have plenty of velcro for attachment so they stay pretty securely on. I like using them to make a cardio workout a touch more intense (my cardio workouts aren't super intense to begin with...I'm talking low impact stuff). I can see them also being useful for some parts of a pilates workout (adding more weight, for example, to Russian twists). They obviously aren't heavy enough for real strength training, so that's not how I'm using them. My only complaint is that depending on how I tighten/adjust them, they are sometimes uncomfortable on my wrist bone, but I think that's just the nature of the wrist having that protuding spot on the outer part of one's wrist and nothing particularly wrong with the design of the weights.

I have 3 differents sets of these type of wrist /ankle weights ,see pics. As for wrist /ankle weights go----> these come in 2nd place tied with black model as far as comfort , they aren't uncomfortable, its just that the triangle pair is a tiny tad more comfortable. It has to do with the thickness of the individual weights and shape,see pictures. All 3 do their job and all 3 are well made. If pink is your color then get these ,plus they ared easy to ajust for size like the other pairs. Velcro is very strong just like the other pairs.💪 As far as cost these come in at the lowest price ,then the triangle pair, then the black. If in your budget I say buy them.

Maybe this would be great for most, but should not be used if you have narrow wrists. 3 of the weights are fixed stiff, and those 3 side by side are quite a bit wider than my wrist. I think something in my arm got hurt because i lost strength in my thumb and fingers. It might be great for someone w/average or wide wrists. Just not for me. :(
