We were pleasantly surprised with this order. Delivery was super quick. We did check out reviews and photos which were helpful. IT IS AT LEAST a TWO person task. It took us a total of approx 4 hrs to assemble but we did prep work before starting. The supplier had a packing list with each box of its contents which was perfect.( 4 boxes of materials/parts). the big parts were not labeled or numbered but the packing and parts list did describe & number each item to match the assembly instructions. We decided based on a previous review that we would put the number on each item as we checked them off the packing lists. THIS WAS SUPER HELPFUL. We had all the items laid out & labeled before starting. The unpacking,verifing and labeling took about an hour.(again TWO PEOPLE) This step made assembly much quicker and smoother. We followed the instructions, pictures and diagrams, step by step. Working together, Each instruction page took only about 10-15 minutes to assemble but when you get to the pulley take your time, double check the locations & direction of flow before moving on. Everything went fairly fast and finish product is GREAT !! So worth the cost. The only thing that seemed difficult was that some of the first bolting was from the bottom side which was a little difficult since it makes it very awkward to manuever, even for two. All in all, we love it and would definitely give it 5 stars !! ... show more

The media could not be loaded. My husband bought me this as a Mother’s Day gift since I have been going to the gym for about 9 months now consistently and with summer approaching I’ll be home with the kids full time and it’ll be more challenging for me to get to the gym with them. This set is pretty easy to assemble, while it definitely is time consuming with so many moving parts the instructions lay assembly out very easily. Took me and hubby probably about 3-4 hours total to assemble, he helped up until the pulley system had to be installed as he had to work and I finished it out myself today. The things I love about this setup are the versatility in exercises that you can do on this machine, it truly covers pretty much everything that I do at the gym now which is perfect as this will be how I go to the “gym” over the summer. I love the attachments that come with it and the ability to move things around easily. I did my first workout on it today and it was a full upper body day for me and I can say my arms are dead afterwards! The only cons I have noticed so far is the seat is a little wobbly when raised up and not at the lowest setting, I’m a short person so I have to have the seat raised up, this doesn’t affect my ability to workout I just don’t necessarily like that it wobbles on me. Same goes for the backrest it is also a bit wobbly when leaning back at first, once I’m doing chest presses or flys though it stays pretty well put with the pressure. Overall this is a great home gym for the price and it takes up minimal space for the amount of versatility it has. I am super happy with this setup and look forward to continuing to make my gains from the comfort of my own home! This machine has been awesome! The assembly instructions were extremely detailed and easy to understand. I put it together by myself (would be easier with a second pair of hands) in just a few hours. It does more than what I realized and that was a great surprise. Very sturdy and well made and it was super affordable. It looks big but it actually doesn’t take up much floor space. I would definitely recommend it. I’m 5’4, 145 lbs female and my husband is 5’10 and 230, and it adjusts to fits us both comfortably. Only issue is that the seat is very straight and doesn’t recline so the leg press is a bit awkward and puts a bit of strain on the lower back.
