I really like the cart but one of the main reasons I picked this one was because it came with a liner. And once I got it together the liner has a seam that did not get sewn correctly. So there is a hole in the liner. Super disappointed and on top of it they say that the price is $79 but charged $40 for shipping and handling. I don’t really fell like I can return it because I would be out the $40. If they would replace the liner I would give it a higher rating. Update: They mailed me a replacement bag for the cart. I am super happy with the product!

I really love this wagon and use it for so many different purposes. It's very versatile and is my go to item when I have a bunch to carry or too heavy of an item. The wagon requires some assembly, but it's not hard at all. I did it by myself in probably about 20 or 30 minutes. Instructions and tools are provided to complete the project. The instructions are pretty clear, but I recommend using your own tools if you have them. The tools provided aren't that great, so I used my own to speed up the assembly. The wagon is very durable and can hold a lot of weight. What I really like about it is that the sides can fold down to accommodate larger items. You can fold down one side, and leave the other 3 up, fold down the front or back and leave the other 3 up, or fold down all 4 sides. It's very versatile and easy to do. The handle is long enough for tall people- which I appreciate. I've used other wagons that had too short of handles to comfortably pull. This one however is very good length. I'm 5'9ish and my husband is 5'10 and it's plenty long enough for us. I don't see any problem with taller people using it either- unless maybe if you're NBA tall. The wheels have nice tread and I love the fact that they're actually good, heavy-duty rubber tires... none of those cheap plastic tires. This allows for easy pulling through rougher terrain, even with a heavy load. I have used this wagon to unload my car full of groceries and Cary them in all in one trip. I've used it to carry heavy items down to my storage shed and vice versa. I've used it to move some of my plants around, and I've also used it to pull my 4 year old around in. It really can be used for so many different reasons. If you need a wagon, I really do recommend this one. It's easy to assemble, heavy-duty and durable, can hold a lot, maneuver easily, and adjust to different types of cargo. It's a great quality wagon.

This cart is definitely super handy, but I don't feel the quality is quite what I was expecting. For the base portion the grate is only welded on in a handful of spots, not every contact point, which leads me to question how well it will hold up over time. Also, the connector for the handle to the frame is a questionable piece of plastic and a thin bolt, making it the most likely point of failure in my opinion. The cart is difficult to assemble due to poor instructions and difficult to turn locking nuts. You definitely need your own tools because the included "wrenches" are useless. One didn't even fit the nut. All that being said, once assembled the cart does seem to be very sturdy with good tires and great maneuverability. The included liner is also quite nice. It also doubles as decent toddler transportation, as my daughter enjoyed getting pulled all over town in it as I tested it.

Once assembled, this is a sturdy little cart. I like that the sides are easy to raise and lower, making it easy to load and accommodate different things that need to be shuffled around in my yard. I came to the conclusion shortly after assembling the cart that where the handle hits the top edge of the side, there needs to be something to keep the paint from chipping off the cart wall or the handle, so I simply wrapped that spot with tape. There are several pictures posted in the review that are helpful for assembly so I don’t feel that it’s pertinent that I’ll include similar photographs. I will say, though that I used my cordless drill and a socket sets to make the assembly process fast and easy!

This is a heavy duty cart with removable sides. I am very pleased with how it turned out after assembly. However, the instructions that connected the steering mechanism together were incorrect for the nut placement. They needed to be turned the other direction for the wagon to freely steer. Still, all the parts were there, the instruction mistake was easy to fix, and it's a fantastic street garden cart that's versatile to use. It still deserves a 5 star rating. This is a great cart.

Things to note: Functionality: Great. This cart is easy to move around and seems to support the weight load advertised. I loaded it up with mulch (after folding the sides down—an excellent feature for wider loads) and rolled this guy around on sidewalks and uneven ground without much of a problem. I would have loved to see all foam wheels on this cart, as I do hate the potential of a flat tire—but that is a potential problem for future me to deal with. Handle: cheap foam tubing (expect to replace it or add sport tape for extra grip) Instructions: Decent, excluding one step that appears to be incorrect. Make sure that you are always attaching nuts so that they will face the ground. In one of the first steps, the instructions appear to suggest installing the nuts so that they are sandwiched between the wire bottom of the cart and the wheel axel. If you assemble the cart like this, you won't be able to rotate/swivel the wheels in a a left/right motion to turn. Tools: I would HIGHLY recommend a ratchet set and a good drill attachment. I used a 19mm ratchet head for most of the assembly. Some of the bolts were smaller, but I did not have the correct ratchet and had to use the flat sheet metal wrenches provided in the kit—not fun. I would not want to assemble the whole cart using those wrenches alone - the bolts would take ages to screw together, and it would be excruciating on the hands.
