We’ve had these chairs 6 months and they are the most uncomfortable, terrible quality chairs. I regret buying them. The fabric is pilling, the cushion is decompressed so you can feel the wood frame and the springs, and they are not sturdy. Quite embarrassing when we have company. I would like a full refund and they are going to the dump or in the fire. How do I get a refund? ... show more

    • Caution: Assembly is Problematic

The most significant 'issue' is assembly. It is difficult to align the seat and leg mounting holes. There are no verbal instructions - only graphic/visual instruction which require assembler 'interpretation. I suggest threading the holes to the threaded inserts in advance prior to and assigning each mounting bolt to the respective threaded insert. Further, I recommend a hex drive socket ratchet to tighten the mounting bolts. The supplied hex and Phillips drive tool requires significant hand work to secure the bolts. Finally, DO NOT TIGHTEN THE SEAT AND LEG MOUNTING BOLTS UNTIL THE ALL THE MOUNTING BOLTS AND CROSS-LEG SUPPORTS ARE IN PLACE AND THE COUNTER STOOL IS IN THE UPRIGHT POSITION! ... show more
