The instructions are a bit difficult to understand at first but if you have ever put together something from IKEA then you can put this together. Had a bit of trouble with top section left hand door closing properly but finally got it to fit. Very happy to have this now that it is put together. I am using it to hold food, cake mixes etc. that I used to have in a four basket slide out container but that collected so much cat hair and dust that I had to wipe everything off before using it. My hope is that it won’t be a problem because everything is behind doors and in a drawer. On Amazon the description said it had 2 doors and 2 drawers but there is only one drawer which works for my use. ... show more

Like: doors & drawer are perfectly aligned. Sturdy! Weight bearing & adjustable shelves. Caution: Lots of parts.... be patient with building, have a knowledgeable partner... took 2 older men 6.5 hrs to construct... worth the time.

We bought 2 of these cabinets and used on either side of the fireplace and left the doors off on the top half to use as open shelving for pictures and decor. Worked out great for our son's first house.

So it's not as deep as we'd like, but it's nice for pantry storage which was it's intended purpose. The only thing I don't like is the drawer, it is just a thin board and for as wide as it is, it should have support in the middle, so we are not filling it with much as we do not believe it will handle any weighty items. First off cabinet comes in 2 seperate boxes, which is not a problem. It is however a bit awkward to put together. Like many other reviews it is particle board some parts are stronger than others. I would have at least liked the whole thing to have been a more bit more solid as there are parts that are more like thin cardboard. It does get the job done with storage, but would I buy it again or recommend.... Definitely not. Not for the price anyways. ... show more
