My kids often have sleepovers and, up until we picked this up, we’ve been dragging the spare king-sized mattress from our guest bedroom into whichever kid’s room was hosting. Not only was that a pain, but it took up a ton of space and was awkward to move around. This full-size futon mattress has completely solved that problem. It’s incredibly comfortable thanks to the memory foam construction and it’s exponentially easier to move because of its size and the fact that it folds in half. When it’s not being used, it can be folded up and tucked away without taking over an entire room. The mattress itself is very soft and comfortable. In fact, after my son’s last sleepover, the mattress stayed in his room for a few days afterward and he chose to sleep on this instead of his own bed. That alone speaks volumes about how comfortable it is. I also appreciate how easy it is to keep clean. The removable brushed microfiber cover feels great and can be taken off for cleaning whenever needed, which is especially important when kids are involved. The tie strings at each corner do a great job securing the mattress to a futon frame, preventing it from shifting around during use. What I really appreciate is the versatility. While it works perfectly with a futon frame, it can also be used directly on the floor. That’s actually how we use it most of the time. Whether it’s for sleepovers, guests, movie nights, or even temporary sleeping arrangements, it adapts to whatever you need. Overall, I’m extremely satisfied with this mattress.
