I've had this chair for a year, and I still love it just as much today as when I first assembled it. It's comfortable, holds my obese self without strain, and looks as good now as when it was brand new. No obvious worn spots, scrapes, or color flaking despite heavy use. I'm very pleased with this chair. Edited To Add: A couple of months before the Two Year mark, the metal plate where the chair bolts to the base cracked and broke to the point the chair was unusable. My dad was able to weld the break back together, but the chair will need replacing soon. I am still pleased with this chair, overall. For the price, it's lasted better than I expected. I've used it for many hours daily since first assembly. Pleather is still in good condition, except where my cat uses the arm as a launch pad. Left arm, which I lean on a lot, is loose and the padding is nearly flat. My weight is just a little under the maximum, so that's tested this thing to it's limit. bought two of these chairs. great value and awesome chairs. awesome color pattern and the height adjustment is right on. easy assembly but it works better on assembly if you attach the arms to the back rest first. very comfortable to use when working on computer, and love the flip down arms. down if needed but can also flip up out of the way. highly recommend this chair from an awesome company who called to check to see if everything was satisfactory ... show more

Bought this as a gift for my husband. He is a twitch streamer and has been wanting a new chair for a while, and fell in love with the blue on this one. When trying to put together though it was incredibly difficult because the holes for the screws would not line up properly. Luckily a friend was helping me put together and was able to force the holes into the correct position. It has a pretty firm seat, so not awesome for extended periods of time to start with, but we’re hoping once it gets worn in it will be great. It was extremely easy to build only took about 30 minutes the manual is straight to the point so no paragraphs with pictures that shows the steps. Love the vibrant red and it has a spring type thing that allows you to have the seat tighter or more loose for bouncing around or swaying back n forth which I tend to do without thinking. 10/10 would recommend and especially for the price ... show more

UPDATE - Customer service has reached out to me and offered me a refund for the chair. I've changed my overall rating from a 2 star to a 3 star because of this since good customer service matters a lot. *About me - I'm a 6' 2" guy, 230 Lbs.* I bought this chair back in Feb of 2019 - it's okay for the price... I did need to buy a lumbar support pillow and another pillow to sit on to make this chair tolerable. I also felt like the back wasn't tall enough. A few months ago (from May 2020) one of the bolts tore through the chair (pictured) and about a week ago, the bolt on the opposite side did the same. I'm now going to do what I should have done in the first place and invest in a proper (and inevitably expensive) desk chair and recommend you do the same. ... show more

Got this to replace a ratty office chair I bought for ten bucks like 7 yrs ago...took me quite a while to assemble, the instructions were kinda vague, so ended up Youtubing videos, could not find one for this exact model so used some logic and after 1.5 hrs of guessing and trying stuff got it working. Holy crap this is comfortable. I am a gamer, but I always figured an office chair is an office chair, ya know? Wrong. This thing is so plush. I like a lot of padding and comfort and sitting in this playing Xbox for hours at a time feels like just such an enjoyable experience, I can't imagine how a high end fully adjustable chair must be, but for like $80, I am pretty happy.
