This company has great customer service. This drone is very steady and easy to fly. You have to be careful because it doesn’t have collision avoidance but it has a great camera that is rock steady. Nice controller and software. Flight time is about 15 min.

This drone is awful, I am so disappointed I bought it. The video is not clear, its wobbly. I bought the spare battery pack, luckily I returned it in time because it did not hold a charge. One of the other batteries in the package only charges half way. When I try to change out batteries to keep flying, the drone will not reconnect with my phone. Unfortunately I did not use the drone for the first couple months I bought it, so now I am past the point of being able to return this piece of garbage. Do yourself a favor, do not buy this drone. I am stuck with a $600 useless drone, and I don't have the budget to buy a new one.

The drone and camera are pretty cool. I have a lot of fun flying it around in sports mode, weaving, sharp turns, quick ascension, etc. and it has good range and feels stable. The camera can sometimes have a tilt to it on the horizon, sometimes I can correct this by rotating the drone, but not always. Occasionally the app will freeze up, hopefully this gets fixed with an update soon. I initially had an issue with the batteries not charging, but found out I wasn’t using the right kind of charger block. I reached out to customer service and they were very helpful, said I needed either a 5v 3a or 9v 2a block. My thoughts are for the price it should include the charger block, especially if the batteries are finicky. Overall a very good drone, I look forward to flying it more

I am beyond impressed with the Holy Stone HS900. The first thing I noticed was how solid and well-built it feels right out of the box—definitely not a “toy” drone. The setup was quick, and within minutes I was flying smoothly. The GPS lock is spot-on, which makes flights stable and reliable even on breezy days. The camera quality is fantastic for this price range, with crisp video and sharp photos that really capture detail. The return-to-home feature works flawlessly, giving me peace of mind whenever the drone gets a little far out. Battery life is solid, and having multiple flight modes makes it perfect whether I want to practice simple maneuvers or get cinematic footage. What surprised me most was how user-friendly it is. Even as someone who isn’t a professional pilot, I felt confident flying it after just one session. This drone strikes the perfect balance between performance, features, and value. Highly recommend the HS900—Holy Stone really nailed it with this one!

I purchased n January 25 looking for a high quality camera for scenery and inspection pictures. I returned the first one because of the glitchy video feed and very short battery life (10 min). I received the replacement and found the exact same. After 15-20 flights the battery is still around 10 mins. The major issue is I charge it fully (4 lights) and after it sits a few days the battery is down to 2 lights without using it. Video is still glitching with a random fly away.

The media could not be loaded. Purchased the HS900 and is my first drone despite it being Holy Stones flagship model. Read YT videos and FB group pages to get more familiar with it until it was actually delivered, then instructions once it came in. Nothing too difficult or frustrating. I did crash twice the first couple takeoffs, once in a tree and once underneath a car. I did calibrate both times, however, I did so in my garage which may have had an effect on it. Re-calibrated a 3rd time completely outdoors with gps on phone on and it flew completely fine afterwards, but not sure if that was the fix. Despite the two crashes, the propellers were a little dirty and minor scrapes but no bends and still has flown great. I did update firmware prior to first flight as well. Update itself is simple amd straightforward. The HS Sirius APP interface is very simple and straightforward but I suppose videos and reading instructions helped. The voice prompt gives you more confidence even for a beginner if you're worried about fat fingering buttons or unsure of what you're doing. Camera quality is really good and way better than expected after reviewing multiple flight videos on YT. Drone itself is smaller than expected, great small size compact case to carry everything you need with room to spare. Easy to setup. Only "gripe" is it comes with one battery. I thought the flight times were going to be too short to fullfill the fun needs but the 20-25mins or so flight time feels longer than what it is.. at least for me. Can't wait to bring it in other terrains 👍👍
