It's a perfect product, it has all the features and has a battery that does not take hours and you get 2 of them!! It works beautifully, great videos. It has rang you won't believe. From my house at the end of town to the water tower down a highway, like 2 plus miles. I was scared ide loose it but signal was still 97%.By far the best Drone for the money. By the way ,this drone stays put in winds like 15mph and fights with evan stronger. That is a huge difference in any other drone it's not flying away from you. I got the HS600 as a (big) step up from the HS430, because I wanted a drone that can be used outside and in moderately windy condition but is still more on the beginner side (I don't know how serious I will get about this drone flying hobby) and the HS600 seems to fit the bill very nicely. It sure has the range and speed to get you into trouble if you're not careful. You have to register with the FAA since it weighs more than 250g, but that is not a big deal since it has an integrated Remote ID, which will soon be a requirement. It's less work than writing a review, actually! (Btw there is an Android app called 'Drone Scanner' which you can use to test if the Remote ID on the drone works as intended.) You also have to get the FAA TRUST certificate anyways, for flying a drone of any weight. I had one problem that Holy Stone support was not able to resolve - but it was not for lack of trying on their part. Support goes out of their way to be helpful. I have an old Pixel 3 running Android 12 and with this particular setup the FPV stream will freeze after about 2 seconds. The phone doesn't like Wi-Fi connections without internet access and will fall back to mobile data. Disabling mobile data during flights fixed that. Other than that I think the stability, responsiveness, overall features and camera quality are all above what I personally would have expected from a beginner drone in this price range. It is a decent deal and since it is aimed at beginners do not underestimate the value of Holy Stone support, which is part of what you pay for. There's a good chance you will need help at some point and the HS folks ARE helpful. You will read a lot of online reports about Holy Stone drones 'just flying away'. To that, I have to say: Do NOT test the advertised range in any scenario. Of course manufacturers will give you the highest range that can be achieved under optimal circumstances, so take it with a big pinch of salt. I would not even go to a third of the max range. FAA rules are that you always have to have visual contact with your drone, so why would you want a beginner drone to fly almost 2 miles away from you? As an analogue, you wouldn't drive a stock truck the way it's shown in commercials either. Summary: From my perspective as a beginner this is a very good package of capabilities, price and support - especially since you can almost always find big discounts on youtube etc. Comes with a great, actually useful carrying case as well. I don't understand why Holy Stone gets so much hate from the DJI folks. Things to improve: - the controls seem a little too sensitive for a beginner drone. I wish that could be adjusted. - the display on the controller is too dim in bright sunlight. I live in a place with lots of sunshine. ... show more

Very nice Drone at an accessible price point, with excellent support from Holy Stone! Works just as advertise, with good quality videos and pictures. Battery last in excess of 30 minutes each. Only complain I have, is that the controls are not very precise, making it difficult to get a precise shot or video, quickly. Holy Stone HS600 Is a good product. Follow the instructions to put it up and get it going. I have never flown any of the drones until now. It is great to see product like this, I am concerned about the blades as to get this out of the box caused me to bend the blade. I now take the propellers off the unit to store it. I have used it every day. The control is good but the ability to stay in 1 place is not what is going to happen. The distance traveled was great. The camera does not move so it is going back. Try this again when I get the next HS600. ... show more

It's amazing how far drones have come in terms of features, speed, and camera quality for the money. I researched drones pretty well as I am new to having a drone, but generally pick things up pretty quickly. I was utterly amazed at how sophisticated the drone and the controller are at this price point. It's also pretty fast! I also like the weight of it as it does really well in somewhat windy conditions. I didn't want to delve into the $1,500+ drone territory as the thought of losing or crashing something that expensive would have me too nervous to fly it. This was the perfect fit for me. The camera quality is pretty good, but keep in mind if you zoom in the quality degrades. The company is responsive as I needed to get the remote ID which was not built into my particular drone and they sent it right away (it just velcro's onto the drone). If your looking for a stable, fun to fly drone with a camera, this is an excellent choice! ... show more
