    • Great stress relief
This product helps me sleep, it lowers cortisol. It also lowers fever, good for digestion and headaches. But know that holy basil is a diuretic so take it early enough for sleep or you will be up peeing when you want to be asleep.

    • Helps me calm down and be present.
The taste is not bad, barely taste anything. I put 15 drops in a half glass of water. I take it once a day. I'm on my 5th day and it makes my panic , anxiety, and stress feel half better. I feel my mind can handle the stress a little better and I can be more in present moment and not have that anxiousness feeling over me and feel happy too. I probably won't buy this again. It tastes fine and i have no prob mixing it in drinks-and it MAY have an effect but honestly i can not tell. I have just taken it because it is all i have but i do think other products worked better. But everyone's body is diff and this may work better for another than for me. ... show more
