I've been very impressed with the Hollyland Lyra Webcam. I create a lot of video content, and this camera has made the process much easier. What stands out the most is the autofocus. It locks onto me quickly and stays sharp without constantly hunting for focus like some webcams I've used in the past. Whether I'm recording YouTube videos, conducting virtual meetings, or creating educational content, the image quality is consistently clear and professional. Setup was simple, and the camera performs well in a variety of lighting conditions. The video looks crisp, and the overall quality is a noticeable step up from a standard built-in webcam. If you're a content creator, educator, business professional, or anyone looking to improve the quality of your videos, I highly recommend the Hollyland Lyra Webcam. The autofocus alone makes it worth considering, and the overall performance has exceeded my expectations. A great investment for anyone serious about creating quality video content.

Great 4K webcam, really surprised with the quality and how the Lyra mic sounds so good!

The Hollyland Lyra is an excellent camera. I use it for recording videos at my desk. The quality of the 4k images are amazing. The built in lens cover is also an excellent feature. The magnetic stand is an interesting feature and makes adjustments to the direction the camera points effortless. That all being said, I have 2 complaints. The first is that there should be support for Linux. With Linux being a major OS and the desktop market increasing quickly, it's time for support. The second complaint, and I reported this to support, is that the camera gets hot. Almost to hot to touch. I was told by support that this is normal. As such, it should have an on/off switch to prevent overheating when not in use. I currently unplug the USB when not in use, and have tried the USB on/off extension cord with limited success.

I'm really impressed with this product - it's a big jump in quality from my previous Anker camera. It's very small, but has great image quality, and with the included Bluetooth microphone the sound quality is even better than my destktop microphone. This is an incredible deal. About the only thing I'm concerned with is just hot warm the camera is even when it's not in use. I'm not sure how long the internals will hold up with that much heat. 🤔 I really hope I'm not coming back here in a year to make this a one-star review because the camera burned out. But for now I'll assume the engineers know what they are doing. 😜

So far, so good. Just using it for work Teams calls and it’s very good for that. Particularly I love the audio. The lapel mic is incredible but just the camera mic is fantastic.

Upgraded from my old 1080p webcam, this 4K webcam is an absolute game changer, especially with the face tracking and visual clarity. Highly recommended.

I purchased the Hollyland Lyra with the Lark A1 Mic as I had a great experience with the Lark A1 already. I am a bit disappointed in the Lyra though. The camera is touted to be as good as a DSLR, but lacks the depth, contrast and sharpness of a DSLR that really make it shine. Folks like me are out there looking for a replacement for their Brio 4ks after years of mediocrity that LogiTech has given us. Unfortunately, while the sensor is much wider, allowing for better visual clarity and depth the actual performance is pretty much on par with the Brio 4k it replaced. On top of all this, the unit heats up quite severely. I read about this and since I purchased this a few months after this was reported, I had hope that they worked out the issue and to my surprise, they did not. Actual image quality from the PC appears somewhat grainy which is something I was not looking forward to seeing. I played with the settings to see if I could optimize it to my office lighting and tone but was not impressed with the seemingly AI sharping that was going on. I would keep looking if you're really looking for a true upgrade. Wish I could return mine. Speaking of AI features. I did like that this had a lot of the modern expectations for cameras. The AI assisted auto framing is great. The stock mic is serviceable with the included A1 really taking it up a notch. I'll be interested to see what they put out the future but really don't like that I fell for the marketing when I was looking out for DSLR quality.
