Excellent Product!! Installed on a 2007 Ford F350 with Edge CTS3 Monitor. This is a very well thought out mounting bracket and worth the price. Extremely strong and some would consider it ‘over built’. I love it! This is one of those one-and-done purchases seeing I’ll never need to replace it. Sturdy, won't fall off, EXPENSIVE!
Did I have to have this? NO. Was I tired of the suction cup mount falling off the windshield weekly? YES. Easy installation and it looks good. The included Allen Wrench would not make a complete turn as the elbow end would not clear the windshield, so it took longer to tighten the included Allen bolts than it should have, frustrating but not a major issue. It was cold outside and I could not find the correct hex socket in my tool box and was happy to have had the wrench as part of the kit. It was expensive, but if you wait, I would think you can get it cheaper in about 6-12 months as us early adopters pay the price to Edge for their development and tooling/mold costs for their new product line. I will say I would do it again and wish this had been an option 2 years ago. Buy and enjoy! ... show more
