Update: After posting my review the wonderful customer service team reached out to me to investigate the faulty valve and is sending me a new product to make up for it. I truly appreciate the fact that they are doing this and I love a company with genuine customer service. I would definitely purchase from them again knowing how they treat their customers. I purchased this in November 2022 but wasn’t able to use it until this weekend because of where I live. Upon taking it out of the box and inflating it for the first time it was obvious that the valve was faulty and when you try to inflate it the air immediately comes out. It’s too late to return so we are stuck trying to over-inflate so we can quickly remove the pump and hope to close the valve before too much air has escaped. So far it hasn’t worked well and it too soft to stand on and very unstable. Would look to other brands before I would purchase again. ... show more

I purchased this end of season last year. I also have the orange board (which I love). I finally used this board last week and it’s damaged. The grip strap is separating from the board. I received a faulty item. I did notice there is a one year warranty. I called Amazon and a rep emailed the vendor but I have not received any contact from the vendor. Hoping this can get resolved. 🙏 ... show more

The board itself is great… the fin that comes with it, not so much. Super flimsy and didn’t last longer than 45 minutes. Otherwise, great buy.

I like the quality and deflate feature. Although they did send me the wrong color paddles. So I have a red board with blue paddles they’re supposed to be black overall good for the money
