I am very pleased with this iSUP. I am pleasantly surprised about the quality of the material, how well it was packaged, the amount of the items in this excellent, full-featured" starter-kit" paddleboard & top-riding kayak. It comes with the board, pump, inflatable kayak seat with straps, paddles (you can change the set up from single paddle SUP mode or dual paddle kayak mode (one suggestion would be to include on the paddles drip cups to drain off water away from your arms when in kayak paddle mode). Also included is a 10l dry bag, phone dry pouch with waist band that clicks together, large cup/phone holder, Board shoulder carry strap, bow flag that mounts in an M6 mount (good for camera mounting), and of course a heavy duty SUP leash and repair kit. Additionally included: Five stabilizer fins, 2 small side fins and 3 center fins for different environments (Large - for stable and straight travel, mid size for better speed and a smaller one for the shallows. There are bungees on the bow and stern to hold your dry bag or other items to the board or strap down the kayak paddle while in SUP mode (that you can convert if needed). Plenty of D-Ring attachment points for the kayak seat and leash. Carry straps on the bow and stern as well as on the middle of the board for one or two person carry. The board is light when carrying with center strap under my arm. My wife is 5"3 and she was able to carry her ItaoStar Journey 11.6' X 32" board (yes we purchased two!) with ease. Although if windy can be a challenge by yourself. Worth the cost of full price but the vendor has a $100 off coupon that we benefitted from for the two board kits that we purchased. The air pump is multi-mode; inflate/deflate and has a double or single action plunger with pressure gauge (so you do not over inflate). Takes about 10 min (with small rest pauses) to inflate the board (I counted 375 pumps to inflate the board using both double-action and single action pumping). Double-action pumping pushes air into the board on both up & down strokes. The air inlet has a twist lock system for the pump and push-button valve (spring loaded) to set for inflation (air does not escape when inflating; position is up) and deflation (button position is down). Deflation takes about 5 minutes and you use the pump to remove the rest of the air trapped so material is tight together so you can roll it up and store it in the 120l backpack provided. The backpack holds all of the kit materials plus we were able to fit our PFDs and a few other items without over packing the backpack. Travel on water was very smooth (I recommend 15psi, as optimum). The paddles work great and there is no guessing which direction the SUP handle and paddle go due to slotted connections. Adjustable height SUP paddle pole is very nice (with markings for easy adjustment by your height!) Paddles are not huge but they worked excellent in the water. Also once inflated according to directions the board is firm. My frame is larger about 225-230 and 6'1" tall and the board did not budge under my weight nor did it buckle in the water. the wide platform makes it less wobbly and more stable. Instruction book provided. A little bit of grammatical/sentence structure errors due to transliteration from Chinese to English. Yes, it is made in China (I do like buying American) and I decided to make this exception and glad I did. 1 year warranty and I hope I do not need to worry about warranty issues. So far so good. The whole kit was packaged very well with cloth bags for the equipment included and tissue paper between the board rolls to keep material fresh. Everything was packed in the backpack then packaged carefully in a box for shipping. The boat is made of very durable material and had non-slip deck material, very comfortable on your feet. We received a lot of enjoyment and fun and are looking forward to many more great experiences with this board and kit. I watched a ton of YouTube videos some of them about how awful board purchased on Amazon are. I disagree (at this point). The iTaoStar Adventure Extra Wide board (12' X 35", black Topo design (very cool!)) was a good selection for me. I am a happy customer. Highly recommended!

Exceeded expectations. Very Stable Very WELL MADE, Strong and weight is perfect. Easy to climb on in deep water when or if you fall off. Easy to do yoga on in the water. Great product. Priced well for the ease. Part for some to know, this product fully packed in it's back pack weighs about 34lbs, if you are small stature this may feel a bit hefty to hike very far. At a 100yds, I began to feel the weight. I am 60yrs old and spent most of my life in an office, so not as strong as I once was, but love the product. Inflation - DO NOT TRY TO completely air up with supplied pump, use an air mattress electric pump to inflate, the air mattress pump will NOT overfill before it stops. Then use supplied pump to bring to 13lbs psi. HINT: If you leave out it sun, relieve some air pressure so it doesn't over pressurize.

This is my first SUP I have ever purchased. I had to go with an inflatable due to storage constraints. This checked all my boxes. I weighed 260 when I bought this and it supported me perfectly. I weigh less now. I'm able go manuver around the board and use different stances, with no balance issues. It's very sturdy and is very comfortable to stand on. It comes with a lot of extras and features. The only complaint I have is the cup holder. It can fit a plastic water bottle or a standard 12oz size can, but not a tumbler. There are other cup holders out there that can be used in the built in mount if they have a male M6 screw. There are some with a 1/4" screw, so you would have to get an adapter. I'm currently shopping for a replacement cup holder. I have used every feature on this board with the exception of the foot bar for use when kayaking. The rubber on the board is enough for me to use and I like to position my leg in different positions when I'm in kayak mode. I have had zero issues with the seat and use it when in kayak mode. Being elevated with the additional back support is a nice feature. One of the pictures shows my typical setup. The cooler is not included. I would highly recommend this board to anyone looking to get into paddleboarding or even anyone just looking for an inflatable SUP. Everything about this board is easy. I also highly recommend getting an electric SUP pump. Hand pumping gets old after a few times.

It’s like a SUP Cadillac. I have an irocker All Around and a Cruiser hard board. I LOVE the wider board. The 12’ board glides effortlessly. Great construction and like the accessories. The backpack is big enough to fit it all EASILY. The minor cons: the kayak chair color is randomized and the pink chair doesn’t match and I’m anal enough to care. The bungees are pretty light weight. The kayak paddle configuration is just a touch too short for such a wide board. None of these things are deal breakers. If you’re on the fence, go for it. It’s a fantastic value at $300. I like it just as much as my hard board I paid $1400 for.

This is my first stand up paddle board. I have used others though. The air pump that came with this one is great. The dual chamber design for pumping on both strokes makes it so much faster than others I have experienced. I also like that you can use it to pull all the air out of the board to make it easy to fold again. It's easy to paddle, even for me as a beginner. Its large size makes it very stable. Even for me as a larger individual (6ft5, 300+lbs) It came with multiple fin lengths. So, you can choose longer ones for deeper water and more stability/control. Or shorter ones for shallower water.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: Used it twice so far and very pleased with it. Used to use a sit-on kayak for a lot of our river trips and had a friend suggest we try a paddle board. It's very stable which works great cuz we bring our child along and it's big enough that he can can sit on it with me and he's able to move around without the board becoming unstable.
