Jim's wife here...I have been searching for an inflatable paddle board for quite some time. I was looking for something that was affordable, durable, could hold a significant amount of weight, and was easily portable/compactable. I finally, after deliberating for a year, decided to give Skatinger a try. I purchased the pink version of this board and loved it so much that after having it for two days I came back to Amazon to purchase the blue one. These boards are beautiful and better than what I was expecting for the price point. Airing them up: The process is easy until you get to the very end to push to the suggested PSI. I could do it, but it was exhausting. I tapped in my 16 year old son to help out. The second time I aired them up I learned my lesson and used our compressor to air them up most the way then used the included pump to tap them off. I will be purchasing a portable electric pump with a PSI gauge for the future. Usage: These are great if you need the extra width and ability to carry a heavier load. I was able to fit myself, my 9 year old, and my 30 lb dog on the board without issue. The board feels stable and moves through the water easily. The bag loaded with all the equipment is also easy to carry and not too heavy. I am 5'1" and carried it without any issues. Deflating: deflating was a breeze. I just released the cap and then when most the air was out I used the included pump to get the rest of the air out. Storage: Everything fits in the bag! This is a huge win. I knew in order to sell my husband on these I needed to find a board that did not take up much garage and boat space. I love that everything fits into one bag. Overall I am extremely happy with my decision to purchase two of the Skatinger boards and would recommend them to anyone looking for the same features that I was. ... show more

UPDATE: bought a second board because it is such good quality!! We are obsessed! Had a whole lake day with friends. Fit 3 people on one board, and two people on another with 2 dogs. Everyone was comfortable and had so much fun. Something is wrong with the pump we got with the second board. Hopefully skatinger can help with that. But we love everything about these! ORIGINAL POST: I am obsessed with this board, I hardly want to leave the water. Everything you receive is strong and well made. Nothing feels cheap or like it’ll break easily. The pink board is beautiful -even better than in pictures. I promise people will be looking at your sweet board! The bag and all accessories are very helpful. All of the D rings on the board make accessorizing fun and easy. The pump is tiring, as any pump is. But this one is well made, strong, not too short like some pumps are, and the PSI indicator is even well protected in transit. My ONLY complaint is the strap they give you to tie the board together doesn’t have a buckle, it’s just a strap. It’s honestly the only thing that felt like an after thought -but it’s not even that big of a deal since the bag you pack into has 2 inner and 2 outer straps to keep the board safe. NOW to the board itself: I have been on boards that are not stable and tip easily. This board is NOT one of them! This is perfect for a beginner or someone with balance issues (like me) who still wants to paddle board. You basically feel like you’re on a floating dock… but it’s so easy to get it going quickly! I already own a fiberglass SUP but it is pretty heavy and easy to damage if you're not careful. I'd been thinking about getting an inflatable one for a while and did some research before deciding to buy this Skatinger SUP. I'm so glad I did! I was afraid it would feel flimsy compared to my fiberglass board but I found it to be really stable in the water. It's much quicker to inflate than I expected, though when you get to about 8 psi it does get tougher to pump and ends up being a good workout! Deflating it is also a breeze. I was able to easily get it back into shape to fit into the storage bag. I also appreciate all of the "extras" that came with it, like the waterproof gear bag and cellphone holder. ... show more

Love this Paddleboard! I previously had a body glove and it was problematic. This paddleboard is incredible. Reason I chose this board: The amount of D rings it has to have the option for the seat or additional add ons The two sets of bungees to be able to carry more stuff ( anchor, lifevest, small cooler) The stability of having two people on the board comfortably. *MY FAVORITE FEATURES * (what I've found super important) It deflates very quickly and folds up super easily The bag is huge ! And opens completely to make it easy to put the board in and fits my lifejacket in it as well. The phone holder has a bubble- so it's floats if needed- that's higher than a standard one. I bought this board for my boyfriend who's learning to SUP but built like a linebacker. I didn't xpect that we'd all love using it. We have two other boards but this one is hands down the most stable and easy to paddle. I was so surprsed at the quality. We throw it in the back of the truck and take it to the lake 2-3x/week and it's held up super well. We have kids climbing on and off and it's so solid. If it continues to hold up this well, I may order it in the pink too, to have an extra board around for friends and family who are new to paddling. All in all, it's a fantastic deal for the price and would make a great board for any larger paddler. ... show more
