Good board so far... used one by 10yo, 15yo and parent. However the pump did not show PSI... Guage appears to not work so can't determine pumped coreectly. But board good and accessoricorrectly are good.

Update: After posting my review the wonderful customer service team reached out to me to investigate the faulty valve and is sending me a new product to make up for it. I truly appreciate the fact that they are doing this and I love a company with genuine customer service. I would definitely purchase from them again knowing how they treat their customers. I purchased this in November 2022 but wasn’t able to use it until this weekend because of where I live. Upon taking it out of the box and inflating it for the first time it was obvious that the valve was faulty and when you try to inflate it the air immediately comes out. It’s too late to return so we are stuck trying to over-inflate so we can quickly remove the pump and hope to close the valve before too much air has escaped. So far it hasn’t worked well and it too soft to stand on and very unstable. Would look to other brands before I would purchase again.

This was first SUP ever bought. Got it for my wife for her birthday was just able to start using it. It is very unstable. I’m very athletic and have a really good sense of balance but I’m a big guy at 6-4”, 240lbs. I can just use it but my wife who is also athletic and a lot smaller at 5-4”, 180lbs. She can’t stand up on it. The board is very unstable side to side. DO NOT get this board if you are a beginner! We are out of the return window so we will have to sell it and find something better unfortunately. Hopefully this helps other folks get a better SUP

Size and description are all accurate no problems with the board’s usability. The pump gauge does not work and I’m very worried that I don’t have the correct psi so I am keeping it a bit under inflated to be safe. The other things are just cosmetic but I’m just being honest: The photos look like a yellow board and it is not yellow. The bag, paddle and ankle strap do not match at all. They are blue. I would prefer them to look like they go with this specific board. But it was shown in the photos so I knew what I was getting.

Was hesitant to order bc there were only 150 reviews , but very happy with my purchase so far! Blew up with about 600 hand pumps! 🥵 I’m definitely ordering an electric pump. Lol. Easy to balance on. Glided well. Came with dry bag and phone case, which is nice.

We ordered this paddle board for the entire family to use. Ages 6 up to 70 and have really enjoyed the paddle board. So easy to use and to inflate and so much fun. The only tough part was deciding which color so as a family we had everyone vote on the color and blue won out. We highly recommend this board as its' been great for us and know that the manufacturer stands behind their product.
