This is premium coco coir! The real difference between this and other coco coirs is the particle size. I use this coco coir to start my nursery plugs of asparagus. I plant around five thousand plugs per year and earlier this year I switched to a different brand of coco coir(looking for a value) and really messed up! The off brand was stringy and seedlings struggled to come up out of the binding mix. I had up to 15% losses and will never stray from premium again. Buy this with confidence! Clean quality product. Works great to create your own seed starting mix. This one block expanded at least 5 times its size and made a large amount of soft fluffy core that’s perfect to add moisture and airflow to garden soil.
