The Hodedah 2-Door Armoire with 2-Drawers is constructed of sturdy, durable, top quality wood. Features a laminated finish in a variety of colors. It has two doors that easily open to a spacious wardrobe. Behind two doors, it is equipped with a hanging garment bar that is the width of closet. I bought this for my sons new room that doesn’t have a closet never thought I would have to measure hangers. Adult size hangers do not fit well enough to fill the closet and still close the door tight. Space has to be left at each end of the rod or the hangers stop the doors from closing. I have a lot of issues with this product, so I'll start at the beginning - unboxing. The wardrobe pieces were shipped with fragile styrofoam, so the unboxing was exceptionally messy and added at least an hour to the assembly time. Wiping every piece free of static cling bits of styrofoam was... infuriating. Then sweeping up and mopping, and taking out all the packaging material to the trash and recycle before putting one screw in wood. Next we have inspecting and ensuring all pieces are accounted for and seeing that a good number of the wood finishes are marred (guess the cheapest styrofoam known to man did not, in fact, protect the package in transit). A crack the length of the side of the wardrobe was on the outside piece. Guess I'm putting that side up against a wall to hide the giant crack - the particle board underneath seemed intact. Then we have assembly. The predrilled holes were sometimes not predrilled - leading me to use my drill. NOTE: If you don't have a drill, do not buy this product. The almost last step was screwing the door hinges into the four predrilled holes. Surprise, surprise, there were just two predrilled holes, and even better they were not aligned with where the hinges would be sitting. I checked, and double checked to make sure I had not put something together backwards or that I just needed the two holes. No, four screw holes on the hinge, four screws provided for each hinge, all other steps followed accurately. Well, I got my drill and made it work. Why two stars? Why not one? I needed this in a specific time frame for a cheaper price, so I guess it works... if you don't look too close at it. Okay, now that I've been sufficiently blunt, here's the bits that were fine. All the pieces and hardware were in the box. The shipping arrived earlier than expected. It all works - the doors and drawers (because I'm above average at putting together flat pack furniture). The directions are readable and relatively easy to follow. Suggest a two person job to put together, but you could do it by yourself. Overall, would not purchase again nor would I suggest this to anyone. Good luck to any future purchasers; I hope you get a better product than I did. ... show more

My fault for assuming that an item designed to hang clothing in would be deep enough to hang adult clothing. You have to shift them sideways to close the door. So if you’re using them for kids clothes you might be ok. Instructions were good and we assembled it in about an hour. We had exactly the right amount of hardware so be careful not to misplace anything. ... show more

    • Great but cant use standard hangers
This is a great closet alternative. It was easy for me to put together. However I wish I knew before purchasing that a standard hanger would not work. Need toddler size hangers for this product which doesn’t work for the original reason for purchasing.

The first package came with a damage piece. The replacement was fine, but nothing special. I should’ve gotten another pricey one, but the package is too heavy to return.
