    • Construction slightly confusing, but overall decent unit

The box this unit arrived in was pretty beat up. Luckily it was only the styrofoam and only a small little corner of a panel. Unfortunately the styrofoam broke in such a way that it was in million little styrofoam particles over every piece in the box all clinging with static electricity. It took longer to clean the styrofoam up and off of the unit than it did to assemble the unit. It was a pain. However the box was really well packed so the amount of styrofoam damage did it affect the quality of the unit. The back panels were nicely taped together for ease of installation, but because the panels were folded the tape was exposed and styrofoam had attached to every inch it could find. So the good intention kind of backfired for this particular box. None of this actually reflects on the unit itself. Some of the instructions were not clear on which way the panel faces. I found myself referencing the panel alignment image at the beginning of the booklet to determine which way to the panel would face. Several pieces did not have their identification stickers, but It was fairly easy to determine what pieces they were off of the parts guide. Aside for that construction was easy Overall the unit works great, and is sturdier than I imagined it would be. Bottom line, I am happy with my purchase. And will be happier once I go a day without finding sneaky static clingy styrofoam bits hiding on my furniture. Lol ... show more

All the pieces are not marked. No assembly manual included. It would be wiser to find a used cabinet that is better quality for the same price in my location. I don't have a way to shop or haul anything. That is the only reason that I order online. I emailed the support address and received a pdf of the manual (20 pages) in 1 hour and 17 minutes. A cheap cabinet at a cheap price. The service was good. The cabinet came fast and the assembly manual was sent quickly. It looks pretty decent when put together and will be okay for what I use it for. I live alone so it won't get much wear and tear. I needed more cabinet space so I could clear my counters. So I am okay. UPDATE: I wish I gave this piece a better review. I love it!! Makes my kitchen.! I would recommend it to anyone. The drawer is really deep and nice size. Every section is a good size but it is narrow enough overall for a small kitchen. You can put tall appliances in the bottom. You can see my largest canisters through the glass. This worked out wonderful for me. I am changing to 5 stars. I can't see the button to add a pic or ai would. ... show more

I bought this as a pantry, and now that it's assembled it works well in my kitchen and I'm glad I have it. However, if you decide to get this, be prepared for a few things: 1. This cabinet takes a LOT of time to put together. In the box I received, not all of the pieces were labeled, and some were mislabeled. The instructions/drawings are not totally clear (definitely not IKEA level), and it took some serious brain power to figure out what to do at times. After about 6 hours, which included drilling extra holes and using separate screws for the drawers (the holes in the metal drawer support pieces were too big for the screws provided and they kept falling out), it was finally done. Pro tip: make sure the cabinet is level and aligned in ALL directions BEFORE nailing the backing on. 2. It's pretty cheaply made: pressboard, plastic handles for the drawers and doors, and a flimsy, taped-together backing. You can see the tape inside the cabinet if you don't put the shelves across the line where the tape holds the backing together. If you're not careful, you can easily damage the backing (and other parts) while putting it together. 3. If you're going to put a microwave on it (which we did), make sure the cord is long enough to reach a plug beforehand. There is a hole in the back of the cabinet for the cord, but (as we discovered) microwave power cords are pretty short, and the extra few inches it takes to travel through the back of the cabinet might make a difference. We put the cabinet next to the fridge in our kitchen, and the cord just *barely* reaches the plug behind the fridge. Overall, I gave this a 4 because it looks nice enough, is as advertised, and was a decent price for what it is. ... show more
