The Hodedah 2-Door Armoire with 2-Drawers is constructed of sturdy, durable, top quality wood. Features a laminated finish in a variety of colors. It has two doors that easily open to a spacious wardrobe. Behind two doors, it is equipped with a hanging garment bar that is the width of closet. The bottom of the closet has two drawers which have metal runners and safety stops that will keep the drawer firmly in place when it is fully opened.

I love this. It's fairly easy to assemble and it's fairly spacious. It is fairly heavy though. I had a hard time setting it up right when I was supposed to though. That one back panel has all the wight and it can be difficult to manuver. Definitely follow the instructions when it says "two person build" lol. Don't be like me and try to solo it. All of the above - not good in quality, sturdiness, assembly, and definitely a waste time and money. We opened up the super heavy box. Everything is made with cheap particle board, so many of the edges were chipped or the white paint already separating. Tapping in the hard, plastic dowels with a rubber mallet made the boards crack, then when trying to follow the instructions, many of the pre-drilled holes were either backwards, on the wrong side of the board or missing all together. There were a couple pieces where the white paint had been applied to the wrong side of the board. When my husband and I tried to stand the shelf upright (the instructions have you start it laying on the ground flat to build) all the screws ripped through the particle board, completely damaging the majority of the shelf and us getting scraped up a bit. I have put together a wide spectrum of furniture from high quality to not the best, and this was the absolute worst piece of furniture I’ve ever bought anywhere. Now I have a huge, heavy pile of broken particle board that Amazon wants me to repack and lug somewhere to return it (even though it’s totally ruined) and I’m out a good chunk of money. It’s really hard to assemble it. I don’t have an engineering degree, that’s why after an hour of trying I just asked my friend to help me out :) It’s not durable, but it looks good. It’s not big, but I put my stuff there easily. So far, it’s ok. 7/10. The package was not damaged. All the details come in a box wrapped properly. The delivery was on time. ... show more

I read the reviews and I am glad I read them after I bought it. We had no issue putting it together with the instructions. It took just over an hour and we were just taking our time. If you have a gap on the doors when done, there is an adjustment feature to fix that in like two minutes. Ours had the gap, a little adjusting, perfect. We are using it for a baby closet so the size is fine but I could see how adult hangers would not fit. I would buy it again. Perfect for what I need and the cost. The wardrobe was delivered on Friday, February 3. The box was horribly damaged because it was way too heavy for one person to deliver. UPS left it in the middle of my driveway. My husband used a dolly to get it inside and down the hall where we plan to use it. When I finally was able to open the box on Feb 8, I found the 4 biggest pieces broken across the middle. The company Hodedah, was responsive when I first contacted them on Feb 9. I uploaded pictures and provided all the information they asked for, then on the 10th, received a response that it would take 5-7 business days to process the replacement part request. I’ve received no updates since then and it’s now the 19th. I guess I’m still in that time period, but it is very frustrating waiting this long for a product that came so quickly the first time. I’m expecting a baby and am planning to use this as the baby’s closet. I currently have no where else to store the new baby clothes I’ve received. If it was packaged maybe in 2-3 boxes, I think it could have arrived unbroken. I just hope the replacement parts arrive soon and are intact. I don’t have time or patience to deal with another lengthy request for replacement parts. ... show more

1. Assembly instructions need to be reviewed or say re-written. esp. Step 2 and 3. 2. Attached the plank 6 with the plank 2 and then attach the plank 3 to the plank 6. The plank 2 and 3 , are the vertical left and right side of the cabinet and plank 6 is the horizontal shelf connecting the two sides. (Like the shape of letter H). 3. Actual instructions say, first step is to put the plastic pegs on the sides of every plank and then connect the planks using those plastic pegs. Like a Lego piece , but I found , the plastic pegs sizes and the factory pouched out holes in the compressed wood planks get loose, and if you push the peg in with a hammer you end up shoving the entire peg in that hole . Lol. So,In short just avoid putting the plastic pegs in ( avoid step 1 of the actual instructions). 4. Put the plastic pegs in each plank as you go. Like I mention above, connect plank 2 to 6 ,then plank 3 to 6, first with a plastic peg then metal screw. 5. Also try to to assemble the cabinet with it's back laying flat on the floor. You can assemble the drawers and fix hinges and handles easily. 6. I did use battery operated power tools, screwdriver and I was able to assemble it by myself . (Provided you follow my steps as mentioned above) Phew! ... show more
