It looks great once put together. The drawer was not easy to line up and I still have trouble opening it. I thought the cabinets at the top was glass but it’s actually thick plastic. It took me 4 hours to put together. Looks great in the kitchen and it holds my microwave and air fryer!

There are scratches on the plastic door. There are shards on all the elements . It is difficult for girls to assemble it, it took 5 hours😅. And you need a tool to install the doors. Beautiful and stylish, but the quality justifies its money.

I bought three of these to use as a kitchen pantry to replace a baking rack that was overly crowded. Each box had something missing. The instructions were missing from the first box, so good thing I had two more. The dowels and some screws were missing from the second box, and the third box wasn't actually missing pieces but had two badly damaged panels that had to be reinforced with brackets. I put these together over a period of two weeks, working on them whenever I found some time. As another reviewer suggested, I used L brackets to keep them from swaying so much once the top part is attached to the bottom. Plus, putting them side to side helps keep them more stable as well. I left off the back panels because I think it makes the hutch look like the hundred dollars a piece that I paid for them. I still haven't put all the handles on the doors, but I like the way these turned out. Yes, it's a pain to put together and you will have to make an effort to minimize the swaying but they do look pretty and I have tons more storage. ... show more

    • 90 Minute Assembly is a Mary Poppins Fantasy

To start, this wasn't our first furniture flatpack rodeo. We didn't expect 90 minute assembly as it said, but approximately a day & a half is a bit much. Instructions say you need a hammer, a phillips head screwdriver & a measuring tape. I would include a heavy duty staple gun with 3/8" staples, and a bottle or furniture glue. If you follow instructions and construct it horizontally, you will need to use a work table for the construction. You can use a power screwdriver if you have a delicate touch. The instructions don't recommend it. Throw the 60+ 5/8" nails in your recycling bin, and attach the bottom of the drawer with the furniture glue then staple it in place. Attach the upper & lower back pieces the same way. Most of the written instructions were relatively clear, but there were mistakes & the illustrations were mostly useless. It would be helpful if you are into yoga, dance, gymnastics, or acrobatics, because you need to be that flexible. Now that it is put together, it is reasonably stable, roomy and suits our needs. We ordered 2, hopefully the second one will go together more quickly. ... show more

When we finally figured out the instructions and got it put together, the sturdiness and durability of the product has been very good. However, the instructions are very hard to follow & we had to re-do a couple of sections a couple of times. It took 2 of us 4 hours to put it together because the instructions were really hard to follow. That being said, it's a quite nice addition to our kitchen storage space & has a lot more internal storage than I would have originally thought. It's a really good product with really poor instructions. It shouldn't have taken us that long to put it together. We have assembled multiple items over the decades, and even our greenhouse didn't take this long. The instructions are unclear, but once you figure them out, it's a nice piece of storage/furniture that seems like it will be durable for a long time to come. And it does fit perfectly in the space we had in mind for it, so that's an even better bonus. ... show more

When the cabinet arrived the box was beat up and upon opening the styrofoam was broken up not actually protecting the furniture. As we started putting together we noticed that the counter top had a large chip as well as the side piece. The directions were hard to understand and assembly took me and my husband a few hours. As for storage it’s perfect for what we need it for since we live in an apartment with minimal kitchen space. After spending almost $200 we’re disappointed that it was damaged and wish there was a way to get a replacement counter top or at least a partial refund since it can’t even be hidden. Given it’s over 100 pounds and we needed to throw out the box due to the mess we can’t return it. ... show more

The cabinet is very useful. It is attractive and holds our kitchen items that otherwise would have been on the counter. However, the upper and lower doors have a large gap as you can see in the picture. Also, the lower doors are slightly misaligned, as you can see in the picture. First, the instructions could definitely have been better, ended up switching some things around during other steps because it did not specify. There is a gap between both sets of doors & I was missing 1 of the silver guys that holds the shelf in place (8 were needed, I only got 7) so the shelf isn't completely level. The left door on top & bottom (if looking at it) don't align right. One can't open all the way & the other hits the side of the cabinet creating resistance & a sound. I'm thinking of shaving it down some? You assemble the feet by measuring yourself for placement (no pre-drilled holes) & the entire thing had big & little chips everywhere. Overall I'm keeping it, it works, but it doesn't look new at all given all the little chips and gaps between the doors... for the price it is what it is. ... show more
