When finally assembled this microwave cart tooks great. Assembly is a bit of a chore. Assembly directions are unclear leading me to install the the magnetic door locks in the wrong position (they break if you try to remove them). I wish there was no big hole in the back panel, sinch I am using this for general use and not as a microwave cart (perhaps have a perforated hole that can be punched out). Rounded corners on the top would be niced as well.

So reading the reviews had me ready to not buy this product. I’m glad I stuck to my gut and bought it. Yes the assembly did take me a good two hours. But it was worth it. Everything came perfectly. Nothing was damaged. All the parts were there and labeled correctly. My only complaint was how long assembly took and I didn’t really care about that. It was exactly hat I wanted and the price was amazing!

This thing was a MONSTER to put together and made me question my sanity. Packaging: I bought used - like new condition from the warehouse which I do quite often as it saves money. Usually the packaging is retaped and there may be a ding here or there. Well when I opened this thing the styrofoam was completely broken apart and every piece I took out sent it flying out. I was cleaning it up for hours, every time I thought I’d gotten it all I found more. It was a nightmare. I was so put off by this that the pieces sat in my living room for a good week because I didn’t want to touch the thing again. So beware of buying used. Parts: Why does there need to be so many different types of screws and nails and bits? There were 12-15 bags of these which is the most I’ve ever seen for such a relatively simple piece of furniture. With that many pieces there are bound to be some missing. Fortunately, I only had one piece missing- a wooden dowel- which I was able to get at a hardware store. Then there’s the instructions. They were awful. They looked like copies made of copies. The pictures are too small and not clear which is unfortunate as the instructions rely heavily on them. The written part was useless, could hardly read it. I will give them credit for clearly labeling every single bag and part with letters and numbers. And the piece is decent for what it is which is a simple microwave cart. It’s solid and holds a good amount of weight. Everything fit properly with no uneven parts. Though a couple holes were slightly off mark it didn’t make much of a difference in the construction. Would I buy this again? Heck no. No. No. No. The time and aggravation that went into assembling this is not justified by the end result. Would I recommend anyone else buy this? Yes, if I really disliked that person.

I loath leaving bad reviews unless it's a blatant rip off. This is not a rip off but an extremely stressfull good time that has you questioning your sanity and god. I bought this Microwave racket for my grandmother for mothers day. It did not come with instructions, so I checked the website and downloaded the instructions for the model I purchased. The parts in the instructions were labeled differently than parts from the packaging. In the directions the lumber was labeled with letters and the screws are labeled with numbers. Out of the box the lumber was labeled with numbers and the screws with letters. Genius! The quality of the drawings for both the lumber and screws from the directions were all over the place. I'm all about people chasing that dream but you probably failed out of art school for a reason. I ended up putting it together without the use of directions. Nice thing, you can easily discern what pieces match up but in the end you'll still end up screaming nonsense in front of your grandmother. The parts for the drawers did not match up, like it was package with the wrong part for the back. The back of the drawer has an very convenient one inch gap, so things are bound to fall through for easy access, which is nice since the drawer likes to sticks and is hard to open ... Why? You ask ... Because the drawer sliders were bent in packaging or shipping. Ohhh, and it came with these special screws that make you use a very small L shaped rod to turn them into place. So to torture their paying customers, they decided to make most of the precut holes as shallow as possible ... So that your thumbs and the center of your hands feel like they've passed a kidney stone. I believe there were twenty or so of these very special screws, I can still feel my heart beat in my my thumbs. Speaking of screws, it did not come with enough of them or even the correct sizes. Genius! Usually you have screws left over, wondering what you did wrong. This had me ripping the packaging apart, wondering what I did wrong. In the end, I had to purchase my own screws and glued on two pieces, marked by the tape in the pictures. I would not recommend this product. I would rate assembly a middle school sub type of a nightmare. My grandmother likes it and it looks alright but not worth the new fond memories.

Although it says it needs two people for assembly i was able to do it all myself no problem. The instructions were easy to understand the only issue is paying attention to what bag is labeled what. The extra storage is nice and i was able to place both my microwave and toaster oven on the shelves

I was really surprised by the quality of the cart. I have put together other things similar and when you are done, you are a bit let down by the sturdiness and overall result. That is not the case here. Assembly was pretty straightforward and the directions were adequate. I took my time putting it together (about an hour and a half) and the fit of all the pieces were really good. About the only thing I would change is the shelf inside the bottom cabinet. It sits on 4 pins and there is nothing to prevent the whole shelf from getting pushed into the nailed in backing on the back of the cart. The shelf is held in pretty snug by the sides so I don't see it being too big of an issue though. Overall, I'm very happy with this purchase and wouldn't hesitate to recommend this to anyone looking for a microwave cart.
