    • These are handy cabinets if you have a small space
These storage cabinets work VERY well for my needs. No, they are not solid oak or maple, but they are inexpensive and they do the job. They did well to unclutter my small office, and now it is very neat and tidy. The items came (I order two of them) unbroken, even though the deliver guy threw them in front of my door and left them (they are a bit heavy in the box). I had them assembled in about an hour. The only thing I would say is that when you attach the doors, an electric drill will make the job go a LOT faster. I put on the handle first to make sure the door swung correctly before I screwed them in. I like these cabinets, and they do not take up a lot of space. They do, however, hold a LOT of stuff, as long as it is not too heavy. ... show more

These shortage cabinets are great for the price. They were on sale for about $50 when we bought them. We bought two to replace some of those wire style buildable shelves. The wire type shelves were not holding up with our 1 1/2 year old little boy. They came quick in large boxes with a decent about of styrofoam protection. The dimensions given are a little generous and are for the outside dimensions. So the actual storage space is smaller than we expected but not bad at all. They were a little time consuming to put together. It took my husband and hour and a half to put together the first one and 45 mins for the second. They're made of particle board so they crumble fairly easily along the edges. But after assembled the hold up pretty well. Definitely worth the buy. These were by far the cheapest cabinets for the storage space you get. They look really good. The only thing I would say about the appearance that's a negative is that in the pictures it doesn't show all the screw ends that stick out on the side of the cabinet. you can see this in one of the pictures I took. Overall they're sturdy, pretty well made, not hard to assemble (I would recommend a screw gun set on the lowest setting as to not strip the particle board out). They look surprisingly good. This was my second order of this cabinet. The first time it was relatively easy to put together. Not this time. If you can believe it, they actually forgot to drill the screw holes in the side panel (5) which makes the cabinet useless. So, I had a choice. Package it back up into the box and drag it to UPS or drill my own holes. I chose the latter. If this happens to you, don't do it. The cheap pressed wood collapses and tears apart when a drill bit is applied to it. Unfortunately, I needed a 2nd cabinet to match the first one. Instead of trying this garbage product again, I am giving away the cabinet I had to some neighbors and will buy two matching cabinets from a local furniture store. I would not recommend this product for anyone looking for a decent product. They have absolutely no quality control. ... show more
