    • Terrible — arrives broken, can’t assemble, impossible to return

The media could not be loaded. I would rate 0/5 stars if I could, this dresser is both 1) terrible quality and not worth the value, 2) arrives broken, and 3) if you try to assemble it anyway you can’t because the parts are not marked and the instructions illegible, and lastly 4) you can’t return it because it has so many heavy parts already half way assembled by the time you realize it won’t work (not even the right number of screws and parts). I bought this because it could be delivered the next day, and figured it must be good quality as it was expensive and looked professional. I hired an expert to come assemble it for me, and he had to give up and go to another job after SIX HOURS. He said that in the past 2 years, this is by far the worst job he’s ever had — hundreds and hundreds of furniture assembly jobs, and this was the worst product and instructions he’s ever seen. DO NOT BUY THIS, and if you have, cancel it immediately. You will regret this immensely. How on earth they’re scamming people for almost 400 dollars is beyond me. After wasting another 250 dollars on hiring someone to assemble it, and it being IMPOSSIBLE, I have now lost almost 650 dollars. ... show more

I love this wardrobe/cabinet and it's exactly what I needed. I bought it for my home office to store my work uniforms and for extra storage. I got it in the matte black finish. It looks sleek and stylish. Easy to keep clean. This was a BEAST to put together I did it mostly by myself but needed help putting the 3 larger pieces together. The only things I would improve are the instructions and labeling of the pieces. The instructions were not difficult to understand but I needed a magnifying glass to read some of it and I'm guessing these instructions were meant for other models as some pieces listed in the instructions were not listed in the parts list at the beginning. My other gripe is that easy peel orientation labels would have helped, I did struggle to figure out which end was top and bottom in the pre-assembly section. All in all it took me about 6.5 hours to put it together. The product itself is 5 stars but the instructions and assembly pull it back to 4. ... show more

Don't buy this item until you have two or three adult helpers to assist you in the assembly. You'll need two people to figure out the instructions---no kidding. There are only 3 pages of directions but so many tiny words, arrows, etc. are crammed into each page. The type is a photo copy and it is very circles with as much as 3 or 4 part numbers in the circle, and, of course, with all of those numbers and all smashed into a tiny circle is unreadable. AND there are so many parts that the entire sheet is a mess which could not be read by anyone. This is the third day I've spend trying to literally find where just any two pieces will fit together. Here is how the manufacturer fu$#@d that up. This is all shared with the assumption that when this is assembled it will be a high quality piece of furniture. 1- If you take a part, convert it to line drawings and PUT ONLY ONE ITEM AND DIRECTIONS ON HOW TO ASSEMBLE THAT ONE PIECE TO ONE OTHER PIECE, THEN TAKE THE REST OF THE PAGE WITH LARGER FONT WITH THE DIRECTIONS AND SHOW WHAT THE FINISHED PIECE LOOKS LIKE. 2- NO SMALL WORDS AND NO SMALL DRAWINGS. Then the next piece goes to show how one more piece is assembled with the first part. Then one more page, large illustrations and VERY CLEAR PHOTOS, DRAWINGS AND COMPLETE INSTRUCTIONS FOR THAT PART. Make the drawings large and easy to see in great detail. No more numbers, letters and words in the dozens of tiny circles. To conclude: Order this only if you have considerable time to assemble it. The shipping was excellent, but that is about it. The parts are decent "better than IKEA" quality, it is horrible and a waste of your money. The assembly instructions have poor diagrams resulting in screwing the pieces together slightly off. The doors have huge gaps, the drawers do not fit on the rails and fall down. The top pieces do NOT screw into the pieces properly. I would like a refund, please! ... show more
