This product is study, well made and easy to assemble, however do not expect your clothing to fit inside. My suits that I’ve placed in this will not allow the door to fully close. Regular sized hangars will not fit inside of this, baby hangars will fit though. Upon receipt, the Rod advertised with this item did not come with. The media could not be loaded. At first glance, it looks good, but when you start to look closer, you notice a lot of faults/issues. The structure itself is not sturdy. It leans to one side which causes other issues. We had to wedge something under the bottom left corner to straighten it. Without that, it leans to the side, makes the doors uneven, and causes the left door to rub at the top as you open and close it. One of the top screws we received was defective and unusable, which probably added to the overall instability. It did take some time to assemble, but it was relatively easy to do. The only issue were that some cracks and breakages were very noticeable and we had to color them in with black marker and I’m not sure why it chips so easily. The worst thing is that it is not deep enough to hang adult hangers. The length of the hanger is too long for the depth of the structure so when you hang adult clothes, you have to hang them at an angle which minimizes the use of the space. I was a bit leery ordering this cabinet based on the other reviews, but I'm glad I did. The color is beautiful. I ordered the mahogany and it's true to color. The cabinet is spacious (I'm using it as food pantry), and holds a lot of items. I don't think I would use it as a wardrobe, but you could as long as you didn't hang items that were too heavy.. Here is my take: Things I loved: It was very well packed and didn't have a scratch on it when I received it. All the pieces were there and they all were labeled, even the hardware (be sure to do an inventory before you start). The directions were a lot better than previous reviews reported. I've put together a lot of pieces recently and Hodedah's directions were one of the better ones. The cabinet I ordered was mahogany and it was true to color, it's very pretty. Thing that made we want to drink: It's the nature of the beast, but you have to very careful handling the material. I dinged the wood a few times. It's not a big deal, but just be really careful when putting it together. The hidden hinges are pain the neck. Every piece of furniture seems to come with them now, but I hate them. I can never seem to get the doors to line up perfectly and my floors aren't exactly even. In any event, take your time putting the doors on. Also, take care when putting the back on. It tends to slip and misalign and will be noticeable when you lift it up. The one part of the unit I didn't like is the handles. They were the hardest part to put on and I ended up ordering new, different color handles that look much better. Overall, it's a great unit. Just be careful putting it together and take extra care when putting on the doors. ... show more

I got this and like many others, it was damaged. I think the box is just way too heavy for a single delivery driver to comfortably handle, so they get dropped. Be prepared for this reality. It SHOULD be shipped in 2 boxes to address this. Amazon did not deliver this to my porch, which is covered and is my specified delivery location, I think because it is another 40 feet away with a really really heavy box. I get it. So they dropped it at first possible spot, by my garage. Not ideal as shipment #1 was a rainy day and I could not budge the box, forcing me to cut it open outside and bring individual pieces in to get it out of rain. on the plus side...Company responded well to my contact and promptly sent a replacement cabinet with no hassle so that part was ok. It is not the sturdiest item but it is certainly adequate and looks decent. Struggled a bit with set up since instructions do not address hinges properly, but got it sorted out .I'm happy with it, a good amount of storage but just be prepared for a possible damage hassle factor. ... show more

Overall, a decent product for the price! -took about 2 hours for assembly with two people -fast delivery -unlike other reviews, the product arrived in perfect shape with no damage -the biggest con is that if you want to hang adult sized shirts, you need small hangers. I do like this product. It does exactly what I needed it for (intending to use as a pantry cabinet). It was pretty easy to assemble and directions were very easy to follow. I am however slightly upset that the coloring doesn't match identical to other products, such as the cart, from your store even though it states the same materials are used. I ordered both pieces to be displayed next to each other and went with this company due to the same coloring even though other stores had better options. I did receive this item with a few scratches and marks but luckily these are all located in areas out of direct sight. ... show more

For the price point I wasn’t expecting much. My plan was to use this as overflow clothing storage in my basement so I didn’t need it to look amazing. But boy do you get what you pay for. First putting this together was a pain in the butt. It is not IKEA engineering, it is far more difficult than it needs to be. Lining up all the pieces onto the dowels is practically impossible especially if you’re working on a not totally even floor. Pro tip, assemble one piece at a time and then put in the screws which is actually several steps ahead on the directions to hold it in place. The most disappointing thing for me is that it’s not deep enough to hold an adult size shirt. I would need to buy children’s hangers in order to fit clothing on the rod and then close the doors of the wardrobe. As you can see in my pictures I’m actually just leaving the doors off for now. I guess I’ll suit my purpose but man it’s kind of ugly. Next time I’ll pay more for IKEA. ... show more
