It arrived vacuum-sealed and popped up very quickly, and it has maintained its shape well since then. The fabric is super soft and comfortable, but what really impressed me is how easy it is to clean. My daughter spilled red Gatorade on it (worst possible test 😅), and it wiped off completely without leaving a single stain. The kids absolutely love it — they climb on it, rock on it, lounge on it — and it’s held up great so far. It’s cozy enough for adults but sturdy enough for kids to play on. Gorgeous and so soft! Looks exactly like the pictures ( forest green with a bit of moss green). It is my new reading chair, and my dog’s! So comfortable and sturdy. I love the color. If you need a different shade of green ( most online are dark green), you can order a cover for these chairs ( they have sage, grass green, cyan, for $24). The chenille material is so comfortable. This is a solid choice if LoveSac and the others are not a price point you want to dabble in. My 5 year old and I can both fit on this (I’m 5’4” + 115lbs) for storytime. I was worried about it inflating properly but it got 95% of the way there, with only the arms being a little droopy but not in a distracting way. The images vs actual product are not the same. Everyone saying it is not nearly as large as it looks..is telling the truth! This is made for a small child rather than an adult over 5' 6". I've given it 5 days and the foam did not fully expand where you actually sit. The backrest and leg rest did expand, but because the most important part is too soft and didn't fully expand, the lounger sinks in the middle and is uneven. It looks nothing like the image. It seems kind that the company will replace it, but keep in mind it ships to you vacuum sealed and once you open it that's it. They will expect you to get this lounger into a box and take it to UPS or FedEx. I might try to find some high density foam and add more to the middle cushion, but I shouldn't have to do that.
