Arrived on Time, well packaged, great quality material. Stuffing is in vacuum sealed bag ( very, very, tight). Instructions a bit hard to understand how to release seal so I cut seal and broke up the stuffing(foam pieces) the best I could, put in liner/soft cover & watched it rise for 48 hours. Amazing plumped up nicely! Super soft outer cover, beautiful look & extremely comfortable! Has handle on side for easy moving & I love the side pocket for my phone. Soft and comfortable. Break up the foam with yours hands before putting the cover on, much easier. I just rubbed my hands back and forth with the foam in between. The bean bag is visually appealing and comfortable and a fantastic size, exactly what we wanted! However, we noticed a rip at the seam and it hasn’t even been 20 days since it has arrived. The only offer to resolve this was to ship the entire bean bag back… which won’t fit in a car or a box any more instead of sending a replacement cover.
