Pretty solid helmet. It is pretty quiet and well made. The only issue I have is the tight cheek pads. I have to keep a blow up ball inside it when not wearing to squash the pads a little, so it isn't too tight on the cheeks.

It’s a nice helmet!! Especially for the price, it’s way better than the off brands here on amazon. My only critique is that it’s super tight. I wear a 7 1/8 hat, so I ordered a medium helmet. I have 3 other helmets they’re all medium and fit great. This one is super snug. If I could do it over again I’d go up a size. ... show more

    • Good cost to value. Better that the CL17 it replaced.
For a value priced helmet it meets expectations and then some. This replaces a 3 year old CL17, that I was damaged in a accident. The main differences that I found so far. Fits tighter in the jawline, which some may not like. I do as the CL17 would twist a little on me, this version does not. Overall quieter than the CL17 especially with the vents open. Detents on the visor, that the CL17 did not have. They are reasonably strong and the small crack for city driving is very helpful on cool mornings and humid days. It has the integrated mounts and channels for their version of the Sena 10B. I might try that in the future. You have more of a curve to the helmet at the collarbone. I wear a large and that takes you to the next bucket size, but I found the i10 had less wind buffeting than the CL17. The only thing that I liked better on the CL17 was the chinstrap. The i10 is thinner material and not as wide. Still a double d-ring. Anyway as with all these reviews YMMV..... ... show more

    • Typical cheek pad concern
Like others have said the helmet is nice and the fit is good, except the cheek pads are very tight. I’ve have wore the helmet for approx. 3-4 hours and the pads have not conformed to my face. After about an hour on the road the tightness gets really uncomfortable. I currently have the cheek pads compressed with cardboard and zip ties hoping after a week of compression they will feel better. If not I may be spending more money on a set of smaller pads. Other than these pads I really like the helmet. Update: Compressing the cheek pads with cardboard and zip ties did not help. I have been wearing the helmet for about a month and it has been very uncomfortable due to the extreme tightness of cheek pads. Today I took a razed blade and cut down the bottom stitch line and removed the foam. The foam thickness was two pieces glued together. I used the razor blade to cut the two pieces and kept the thicker of the two. I hand sewed the seam back up. The final result wasn’t very pretty, but I think it will last. Put the helmet on and it fit perfect. If I had it to do again I’d buy one size larger. I wear a 7 1/8 size hat and I bought a large; if I bought again I’d buy XLG. Hope this helps ... show more
