I absolutely love this headset. The only problem is music quality, however it totally makes up for it with intercom and phone calls, they are very clear and eliminated 99% of road noise for calls. Easy to install on HJC helmets.

It gets the job done once it's in the helmet. I am very afraid of hearing loss, but this is not really loud enough. THe real problem is that some things are very loud, but music and phone calls are not. I was listening to music and had an amber alert come through and I tried to rip my helmet off because it hurt my ears so badly. THe install should be easier, but I think that's likely an issue with any helmet headset. You'd hope that since this one is specific to my HJC helmet it would've been easier. ... show more

    • Do not buy unless for some reason you love being incredibly frustrated
I quite literally just took a hammer to my helmet and smashed it because the install of this product is so incredibly difficult. I couldn’t be less impressed. I am now buying a helmet with a system already built into it. Never again will I buy any products from this company at all ever. If you want to spend your morning being incredibly Frustrated trying to install this product sure go ahead and waste your money. I will never go through this process again. ... show more

    • Horrible sound quality
Decent intercom and the layered tech is choice! Major complaint; the sound is miniscule at best. I have to turn it up to the point of it screaming in my ears to drown out my bike. The bass is null and void. It needs work, they should pair up with beats

I purchased this as I wanted a simple install into my HJC helmet. The system installs easy and I had it in use in less than 15 minutes. Using your cell as a GPS provides crystal clear sound. Phone calls are clear and the system reduces noise the caller may hear on the other end. My major complaint is the audio quality. Music is very tinny and there is zero bass that come from the speakers. The APP to adjust sound settings is very basic which does not help the sound quality in a significant way. Had I known the audio/music quality would have been so poor I would have not bought this system. For the price of this system the sound quality should be much better. ... show more
