First the good I guess. The instructions were easy to use, clear and concise. I wasn't missing any parts and everything arrived in good condition. That's it for the good news. Bad news is how cheap all the materials are. From the particle board to the hardware. After having put the top half of the wardrobe on top of the bottom half using wooden dowels and quickfit screws/cams my wife (God bless her) came in when I wasn't looking and tried to move the unit a bit. Which caused the quickfit screws to rip from the particle board (they are only in about 6mm) and 3 of the 4 cams to shatter. I was also able to break a cam in half just by tightening it. The particle board is so weak the screws that hold many pieces together never pull in tight, they just spin at a certain point. I have put together many of these inexpensive particle board furniture pieces over the years, and this unit has the worst materials of any by far. But, using a mixture of wood deck screws and an abundance of curse words I finally got it together. Not for the faint of heart. If you buy this, don't move it until you get the backing on. That does add some strength to it all. ... show more

When you start to screw in the back closures for support it breaks the laminate and chips on the sides of the unit making an ugly crack. We switched to using small nails leftover from another project but instructions had already been attempted. Backs also have partially aligned holes for horrible screws. Completely uneven even after trying to adjust drawers and door hinges, mostly because it’s unstable and leans slightly to the left. Drawer faces have been damaged but patched over with paint or plaster to hide it. All boards are either warped or cut crooked. Not worth almost $300 and now the gift for our nursery needs to be replaced before the baby comes. ... show more
