I put these behind crown molding at top of walls in my 3 season room. I have one strip each along apposing walls. It creates a nice soft light washed onto the ceiling in the evening when I have them dimmed down but if I turn them up they really are bright! I do wish the description was clearer for connectors, transformers, etc. There are several voltages and sizes of tape and you have to be careful when ordering. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I purchased these because I saw electrician on YouTube using them in a high-end kitchen. We use them for Arto kick and undercabinet lighting. Before the cabinets are installed, a pre-ran low-voltage wiring back to a central location where I was going to have the transformers. Are used one transformer for the undercabinet lighting, and one for the toe kick so we can control them separately. They were very easy to install as long as you cut them on the correct locations and pay attention to the positive and negative terminals. I use them in conjunction with a Lutron caseta dimmer, and it works amazing. When they are on all the way there, extremely bright, but can dim to one percent without any flickering. We also like it, that they look like one continuous line versus a bunch of little LEDs. ... show more
