What a huge disappointment. Holes don’t line up and I ended up using my own bolts and nuts on the headboard b/c the metal plates were too small for their bolt to go through. With the other bolts not aligning, 6 hours of hard work and frustration, the very last bolts also WOULD NOT fit. I am beyond upset and I did request a return, but that means taking it apart (Kills your hands) and packing it back up. That an extreme effort, so I may just toss or burn it. At least I’ll get some satisfaction out of it. I’ve put together 4 beds, never had this problem. Save yourself the frustration and get something else. Maybe a different brand. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I’m going to start by saying this bed is very pretty I’d I had some issues with it that and had to contact customer service they responded in a timely manner and resolved the matter
