I got this to use in my office. The finished piece is really lovely and substantial. It is solid and I have confidence that it will hold up over time and use. The capacity is limited by its depth, but that was easy to know since I needed something with a small footprint into my narrow space. For that, it is perfect! Still plenty of room to store extra paper, cleaning supplies, and other items I want to hide from view. My only hesitation about recommending this with 5 stars is the difficulty of assembly. It took 2 of us more than 3 hours to put it together. The primary challenge was getting the door hinges hung. There are holes drilled for the hinge screws, but on our version, they did not align well. We were only able to attach 2 holes on one side and we made 3 work on the other. Once we made the hinge adjustments, everything looks perfect. It was just very frustrating getting them that way.

It was clearly optimized to minimize costs at the expense of the ease of assembly. It's not like the steps are complicated, but the tolerances are set to a minimum to the point that many holes do not align. Mounting the doors took the worst part: holes do not align well, and you need to force a tiny screw into the wood (you get a guide, but no threading on the wood) all while holding the door up and placing the screwdriver in hard to access angles. Nearly impossible without two people and an electrical screwdriver. It could all be solved by the manufacturer with some threading and a bit more care on tolerances.

As others mentioned the instructions are not well laid out. The worst part of the assembly is the screws that have no threading in the wood (for whatever reason, cut cost maybe?). Because of that it's also impossible to align the doors very well and there is a huge gap between them. I guess overall the furniture is worth the price but made me think if I should spend a little bit more to get something where at least the doors align appropriately.
