    • Great power for the price
As an avid "pumper" for many years, I know pumps, well, at least the manual ones. I have gone through four manual pumps over the last decade. Something always fails on them and as I get older the actual pumping is getting to my carpal tunnel issues. So, after my last pump fell apart I decided to take the leap to an electronic pump. I did my research, read the reviews, looked at pumps that ran as much as $160 and decided to try this one. Granted, it's only been two weeks, but so far I am impressed. It is still running on its initial charge and works extremely well. With four vacuum settings it gives me the ability to perform intermittent pumping by just scaling up and down the settings, or I can keep it at one of the four settings that suits how I, and my guy, are feeling that day. Hands free, easy to clean, relatively quiet, with two silicone rings for different sized manhoods. I prefer no ring at all, but I keep my area free of hair so I always get a good seal. For under $40 it seems like a great deal. Time will be the true test. How long will that little motor last, or when will the electronics fail. Will update when or if they do. As an aside, pumping, when done regularly, really does increase girth, and a little bit of length, in my own personal experience. I have found that most of my partners over the years prefer girth to length. If you are looking for length enhancement you might consider weights, like Zenhager. I use these too and they work. The combination of pumping and weight training, when done consistently, have made for a thicker, hardier and slightly longer guy. Update, January 25, 2021: 4 weeks into owning this and it is still on the original charge and showing no signs of loosing strength. I am not sure why but this pump distributes the vacuum more evenly than the manual pumps I have owned. I typically go right up to the highest setting and do two sets of 10 minutes. I have not found that I get the "bulge" I used to get under the head of my guy when I use this pump. I get a nice thickness all along the length of my shaft, which is what I am looking for. My wife is enjoying it very much, even complaining (well, not really) that I am too thick. She always manages to overcome her initial complaint though... Update: March 6, 2022 - Still running on the initial charge!!! I don't know how this is possible, but I am stunned at the battery life. I don't use it every day, but use it frequently. I now have a routine of pumping to the highest level, after warming my guy up a bit, holding it there for a minute, releasing the vacuum, then another minute at the highest level. I do this ten times in a row and I am getting even thicker. My wife has even commented on the increased size of my head and shaft since the last time I updated this review. How big is "too big?" We will find out. Update- November 2, 2023: This pump is just amazing. The battery life is incredible and the ease of pumping (no constant squeezing of a cheap, hand held pump) is awesome. I gotta be honest here. I really didn't think it was going to be worth it. But I was dead wrong. This thing really works. It came just in time for Valentines Day. My fiance was shocked to say the least, But now I can't even get dressed. Totally changed my life. I used as directed for about a week and a half, it really didn't do much at first. But I did notice the suction power. I had to keep it on 2 for a while. I've been using it as a routine along with my workouts. I'm on my 7th week. And I've gained 1 1/8" in length and about just over a 1/4" in girth. It also helped with release value 👌. I would definitely recommend this to any man that is in need of a Lil help.     • Good but not great
I bought this as a means to help with ED, which is starting to show itself. Using a regular pumping routing to improve blood flow. The unit is simple to use. Press the + button to the desired level and let it do it's thing. This isn't particularly good if you are lying down in bed. I find that lying down results in some discomfort including the possibility of testicles getting sucked in as well, which is quite uncomfortable. Sitting up is much better. When you remove the unit, make sure to press the - button to turn off the suction and then the valve button to release the pressure. After the pressure release, you can pop the pump off the top of the calendar to make removal a lot easier. You NEED lube on both you and the seal. Use a water-based lube every time. I prefer Astroglide. The lube serves two purposes. 1 The obvious is that it helps you to slide in and out of the unit when you are done. Lube also helps create a better seal. It's also very helpful to shave or wax your pubic area as the hair will make getting a good seal more difficult. Clean up is easy with a damp cloth. ... show more

This is the first, and only, automatic battery-operated vacuum pump I've purchased. I was looking for a replacement for the manual pump I was issued by the VA and saw this one on Amazon. I have to say I am very impressed with the features of this pump. The battery life is especially noteworthy. I charged it when I first received it and have not charged it since. Nearly 6 months of use on a single charge! I used it for 20 minutes a day for the first 3 months as per my urologist. The pump only operates when the suction of the setting drops below a preset level. If you have a good seal on your body it might only pump a short while every 4-5 minutes. It isn't completely silent, but it isn't objectionably noisy either. It can be heard in the next room if the doors are open. The suction level is not in PSI. It works out to 33.9 on the scale is 1 PSI. At maximum suction it is a little more than 10 PSI of negative pressure, by my calculations. And that can be pretty intense if you haven't worked your way up to it over time. Follow the directions of your Doctor and don't exceed the limits your body tells you to. The tube comes off of the power head with a little tug and is a breeze to clean. A little dish soap and some hot water on a sponge pushed through the tube; rinse with hot water and dry with a cloth. The power head will collect a tiny amount of condensation which is wiped off and the set aside to air out until next time. I used the silicone pads that came with the pump forr a while, but then I found a soft, thick, gel type base that was more comfortable for me to use.
