As an avid "pumper" for many years, I know pumps, well, at least the manual ones. I have gone through four manual pumps over the last decade. Something always fails on them and as I get older the actual pumping is getting to my carpal tunnel issues. So, after my last pump fell apart I decided to take the leap to an electronic pump. I did my research, read the reviews, looked at pumps that ran as much as $160 and decided to try this one. Granted, it's only been two weeks, but so far I am impressed. It is still running on its initial charge and works extremely well. With four vacuum settings it gives me the ability to perform intermittent pumping by just scaling up and down the settings, or I can keep it at one of the four settings that suits how I, and my guy, are feeling that day. Hands free, easy to clean, relatively quiet, with two silicone rings for different sized manhoods. I prefer no ring at all, but I keep my area free of hair so I always get a good seal. For under $40 it seems like a great deal. Time will be the true test. How long will that little motor last, or when will the electronics fail. Will update when or if they do. As an aside, pumping, when done regularly, really does increase girth, and a little bit of length, in my own personal experience. I have found that most of my partners over the years prefer girth to length. If you are looking for length enhancement you might consider weights, like Zenhager. I use these too and they work. The combination of pumping and weight training, when done consistently, have made for a thicker, hardier and slightly longer guy. Update, January 25, 2021: 4 weeks into owning this and it is still on the original charge and showing no signs of loosing strength. I am not sure why but this pump distributes the vacuum more evenly than the manual pumps I have owned. I typically go right up to the highest setting and do two sets of 10 minutes. I have not found that I get the "bulge" I used to get under the head of my guy when I use this pump. I get a nice thickness all along the length of my shaft, which is what I am looking for. My wife is enjoying it very much, even complaining (well, not really) that I am too thick. She always manages to overcome her initial complaint though... Update: March 6, 2022 - Still running on the initial charge!!! I don't know how this is possible, but I am stunned at the battery life. I don't use it every day, but use it frequently. I now have a routine of pumping to the highest level, after warming my guy up a bit, holding it there for a minute, releasing the vacuum, then another minute at the highest level. I do this ten times in a row and I am getting even thicker. My wife has even commented on the increased size of my head and shaft since the last time I updated this review. How big is "too big?" We will find out. Update- November 2, 2023: This pump is just amazing. The battery life is incredible and the ease of pumping (no constant squeezing of a cheap, hand held pump) is awesome. Just press a button and voila, the motor does all the work. My guy is definitely permanently thicker and my head is bigger as well. Can’t recommend this pump highly enough!

I don't usually comment on things from Amazon but this time I will make an exception. I had prostate cancer in 2012 and decided to go the radiation route versus surgery. For a year I was totally impotent and the procedure and everything that went along with it was done. Here is where the sexual journey begins. I am now 72 but still wanted to have a sex life. Maybe not like when I was young but some form of it. I am cancer free now but having an erection sometimes seemed virtually impossible. I have tried the pills and eventually after much hesitation went with the Tri-mix injection. That wasn't as bad as I thought but also did not work with lasting or solid erection results. I recently through my doctor was advised to try the pump. I decided to try this less expensive pump at first then see what happens. I have been using this pump for about a month and here is what I found out. TAKE IT SLOW! Use the lowest setting first and don't try and do this just before sex. I use it as a work out for my blood flow to my penis. I use it daily if possible alone sitting up and for no more than 20 minutes. Use plenty of water based lube on your self and the opening before starting. Don't try and push your penis in a placid state into the opening. Use the rubber end that might seem a little smaller than the bigger one. Push your penis just into the opening. Turn on the pump to 1 and it will pull your penis into the tube. MAKE SURE TO HOLD YOUR TESTICLES DOWN OR AWAY AS IT ONCE IT SUCKED MINE INTO THE OPENING AND WAS EXTREMLY PAINFULL REMOVING THEM. Sort of funny but not. Go slow until you see what works. This is another recommendation. Use "No Hair Crew" cream for hair removal of the testicle and penis area. This will make a world of difference in how the pump stays full of suction and will not keep pumping to maintain the correct amount. Last but not least a pump will not make you longer but it will over time build up your penis so that the blood flow will work and you will get an erection before and during sex. I quit the shots and now use the pump daily but before sex I just use 10mg of Cialis and I am working my way back to a normal erection but this has been the most successful so far. I can now have sex with a very good erection. This pump is all you need. This pump works great if you use it the right way. Don't be afraid to try it. What do you have to lose for a few dollars.

I bought this on 5-18-2026. The instructions tell you to start with level 1to allow it to suck your member up inside to start with. We'll turned it on to level 1 and shows 155 but no suction at all. So onto level 2 to see if it will suck it up and in. Level 2 again just shows 155 and no suction and motor does not turn on at all to suck it in. So onto level 3 and that is when the motor turns on and sucks the member up and in, and keeps going till it has a suction of 275 the shuts off till it hits about 210 then kicks back on cause the air leaks out and level 4 motor turns on and sucks till it hits about 355 abd drops to 275 before turning it back on. Drop it back to level 1 and 2 to see if pump turns on, nope no such luck at all of ducking on 1 or 2. Then when removing the device, it then also has a hard time coming off and pulls the skin with till it stretches far enough to let go and after pulling it off with in 30 minutes it is right back to the same size it was before I started. Yes sure it becomes about 5.5 inches in the tube but then goes r To 1-1.5 inches and also looses the width as well. Does not last perfectly at all as they claim it would and will do. Yea in the tube.shame the 30 days is up to return it

Several years ago I started to develop a case of Peyronie's (thickening of the tissue). It wasn't severe but it was making sex painful. A urologist online suggested using a pump as one possible treatment. I decided on this one after looking for a while and within just a few sessions using this it completely cleared up the Peyronie's trying to come on me. Pain and lump were gone and sex life returned to normal. I was quite amazed and have had not even hint of symptoms trying to return. Overall, this is an okay product with a decent set of features for the price. This thing will add considerable gains to your penis, both length and girth, if you do it correctly (see below). You won't see permanent gains and you still have to do it daily, BUT the effects will last for hours. More than enough time, and without your partner knowing if you so choose. BUT, to get the maximum effect, its very important to: 1) keep well shaven around the area the pump will go onto 2) get well lubed up before hand 3) put the pump on about 3/4 of the way down your shaft and then turn the suction on to the pump. It will suction the rest of the way and give a better seal by doing it this way.

This was working out well but stopped charging after 3 months. My advice is to get a cheaper one because they all are throw away items after a couple of months. I’m now on my third device in a year but not all from this company. It doesn’t come with a cover for the charging port which could be an issue. I have changed my rating up to 3 stars because the seller did reach out to me to remedy the issue. This means a lot to me in a time economically where finances are tight and some businesses just don’t care after they get your money. My particular item did not last longer than 3 months but it could be 1 in a million. I still think that the charging port should have a dust or moisture cover but at least they contacted me to talk about the quality and remedy the situation with their customers and that says a lot. I did like the product when it was working. Before this one I had one from another manufacturer that only lasted three months as well. The batteries may not be very good in this device but when it worked it worked well.

Wow! Just received the product, and couldn't wait to try it. I am 79 years old, and despite my earlier years of being able to deflect bullets with my banana when it came time to rise to the occasion, age had taken its toll.
