As an avid "pumper" for many years, I know pumps, well, at least the manual ones. I have gone through four manual pumps over the last decade. Something always fails on them and as I get older the actual pumping is getting to my carpal tunnel issues. So, after my last pump fell apart I decided to take the leap to an electronic pump. I did my research, read the reviews, looked at pumps that ran as much as $160 and decided to try this one. Granted, it's only been two weeks, but so far I am impressed. It is still running on its initial charge and works extremely well. With four vacuum settings it gives me the ability to perform intermittent pumping by just scaling up and down the settings, or I can keep it at one of the four settings that suits how I, and my guy, are feeling that day. Hands free, easy to clean, relatively quiet, with two silicone rings for different sized manhoods. I prefer no ring at all, but I keep my area free of hair so I always get a good seal. For under $40 it seems like a great deal. Time will be the true test. How long will that little motor last, or when will the electronics fail. Will update when or if they do. As an aside, pumping, when done regularly, really does increase girth, and a little bit of length, in my own personal experience. I have found that most of my partners over the years prefer girth to length. If you are looking for length enhancement you might consider weights, like Zenhager. I use these too and they work. The combination of pumping and weight training, when done consistently, have made for a thicker, hardier and slightly longer guy. Update, January 25, 2021: 4 weeks into owning this and it is still on the original charge and showing no signs of loosing strength. I am not sure why but this pump distributes the vacuum more evenly than the manual pumps I have owned. I typically go right up to the highest setting and do two sets of 10 minutes. I have not found that I get the "bulge" I used to get under the head of my guy when I use this pump. I get a nice thickness all along the length of my shaft, which is what I am looking for. My wife is enjoying it very much, even complaining (well, not really) that I am too thick. She always manages to overcome her initial complaint though... Update: March 6, 2022 - Still running on the initial charge!!! I don't know how this is possible, but I am stunned at the battery life. I don't use it every day, but use it frequently. I now have a routine of pumping to the highest level, after warming my guy up a bit, holding it there for a minute, releasing the vacuum, then another minute at the highest level. I do this ten times in a row and I am getting even thicker. My wife has even commented on the increased size of my head and shaft since the last time I updated this review. How big is "too big?" We will find out. Update- November 2, 2023: This pump is just amazing. The battery life is incredible and the ease of pumping (no constant squeezing of a cheap, hand held pump) is awesome. Just press a button and voila, the motor does all the work. My guy is definitely permanently thicker and my head is bigger as well. Can’t recommend this pump highly enough!

I don't usually comment on things from Amazon but this time I will make an exception. I had prostate cancer in 2012 and decided to go the radiation route versus surgery. For a year I was totally impotent and the procedure and everything that went along with it was done. Here is where the sexual journey begins. I am now 72 but still wanted to have a sex life. Maybe not like when I was young but some form of it. I am cancer free now but having an erection sometimes seemed virtually impossible. I have tried the pills and eventually after much hesitation went with the Tri-mix injection. That wasn't as bad as I thought but also did not work with lasting or solid erection results. I recently through my doctor was advised to try the pump. I decided to try this less expensive pump at first then see what happens. I have been using this pump for about a month and here is what I found out. TAKE IT SLOW! Use the lowest setting first and don't try and do this just before sex. I use it as a work out for my blood flow to my penis. I use it daily if possible alone sitting up and for no more than 20 minutes. Use plenty of water based lube on your self and the opening before starting. Don't try and push your penis in a placid state into the opening. Use the rubber end that might seem a little smaller than the bigger one. Push your penis just into the opening. Turn on the pump to 1 and it will pull your penis into the tube. MAKE SURE TO HOLD YOUR TESTICLES DOWN OR AWAY AS IT ONCE IT SUCKED MINE INTO THE OPENING AND WAS EXTREMLY PAINFULL REMOVING THEM. Sort of funny but not. Go slow until you see what works. This is another recommendation. Use "No Hair Crew" cream for hair removal of the testicle and penis area. This will make a world of difference in how the pump stays full of suction and will not keep pumping to maintain the correct amount. Last but not least a pump will not make you longer but it will over time build up your penis so that the blood flow will work and you will get an erection before and during sex. I quit the shots and now use the pump daily but before sex I just use 10mg of Cialis and I am working my way back to a normal erection but this has been the most successful so far. I can now have sex with a very good erection. This pump is all you need. This pump works great if you use it the right way. Don't be afraid to try it. What do you have to lose for a few dollars.

I’ve had this thing for over a year. Bought it on a lark. Probably tried to use it 159 times in 159 different ways and only had success about 3 of those times. This thing is awful. It’s painful, and not in a good way, and in ways that it shouldn’t be. None of the silicon sleeves fit me. Not even the middle one. The large is too large, the medium isn’t large enough, and the small one is painfully small. It constantly either tries to suck my testicles up into the cylinder forcefully with my penis (which is AWFUL like being struck in the nuts but worse) or sucks the silicon mouth up into the cylinder. Or both. When I say this thing has caused me pain and frustration, I mean PAIN and FRUSTRATION. It doesn’t not matter how few or how many or what size of penis ring you use, nothing stops the suction. It never even gets a chance to “pump” my penis because the cylinder is grabbing on to everything it can EXCEPT my penis. My skin. The very small amount of fat that pads my groin. My sack. My testicles. I have no idea why I TRIED to use this thing for so long and just didn’t get another, but I mean, it’s a pump. It’s simple. Why would it not work? Maybe I’m doing it wrong. No, I am not the dumb-dumb here. I looked up articles. Videos. Tried everything I could for like a year to get this thing to do what it’s supposed to do. Shaved. Didn’t shave. Lube. No lube. Every combination of rings to keep my balls from being sucked in. Nothing works. Thing is POWERFUL. And incredibly poorly designed. You WILL hurt yourself. And I don’t mean in the normal way that pumps are uncomfortable. I mean actual unsexy mood killing pain.
