As an avid "pumper" for many years, I know pumps, well, at least the manual ones. I have gone through four manual pumps over the last decade. Something always fails on them and as I get older the actual pumping is getting to my carpal tunnel issues. So, after my last pump fell apart I decided to take the leap to an electronic pump. I did my research, read the reviews, looked at pumps that ran as much as $160 and decided to try this one. Granted, it's only been two weeks, but so far I am impressed. It is still running on its initial charge and works extremely well. With four vacuum settings it gives me the ability to perform intermittent pumping by just scaling up and down the settings, or I can keep it at one of the four settings that suits how I, and my guy, are feeling that day. Hands free, easy to clean, relatively quiet, with two silicone rings for different sized manhoods. I prefer no ring at all, but I keep my area free of hair so I always get a good seal. For under $40 it seems like a great deal. Time will be the true test. How long will that little motor last, or when will the electronics fail. Will update when or if they do. As an aside, pumping, when done regularly, really does increase girth, and a little bit of length, in my own personal experience. I have found that most of my partners over the years prefer girth to length. If you are looking for length enhancement you might consider weights, like Zenhager. I use these too and they work. The combination of pumping and weight training, when done consistently, have made for a thicker, hardier and slightly longer guy. Update, January 25, 2021: 4 weeks into owning this and it is still on the original charge and showing no signs of loosing strength. I am not sure why but this pump distributes the vacuum more evenly than the manual pumps I have owned. I typically go right up to the highest setting and do two sets of 10 minutes. I have not found that I get the "bulge" I used to get under the head of my guy when I use this pump. I get a nice thickness all along the length of my shaft, which is what I am looking for. My wife is enjoying it very much, even complaining (well, not really) that I am too thick. She always manages to overcome her initial complaint though... Update: March 6, 2022 - Still running on the initial charge!!! I don't know how this is possible, but I am stunned at the battery life. I don't use it every day, but use it frequently. I now have a routine of pumping to the highest level, after warming my guy up a bit, holding it there for a minute, releasing the vacuum, then another minute at the highest level. I do this ten times in a row and I am getting even thicker. My wife has even commented on the increased size of my head and shaft since the last time I updated this review. How big is "too big?" We will find out. Update- November 2, 2023: This pump is just amazing. The battery life is incredible and the ease of pumping (no constant squeezing of a cheap, hand held pump) is awesome. Just press a button and voila, the motor does all the work. My guy is definitely permanently thicker and my head is bigger as well. Can’t recommend this pump highly enough!

WORKS, even on lowest level. I have gotten to 2nd level and gets so big and hard I can't go higher levels. I tend to just let it sit - for about 10 minutes. Dr. Said I should do this to keep the blood flowing and tissue saturated after my Protate removal. I like that it's NOT A SEX TOY it looks medical. Just taking the turtle (post op) for a stretch, feels good for my manhood. It cam 50% charged. I've not had to charge it yet - Battery is insane. It's a healty work out to keep blood flow. Dr. said it's like a sponge. Let it sit on the counter it will shrink and get firm (no blood). Keep using this every couple days and it keeps the blood flowing and stretches the sponge. = ) There are a couple issues. 1. it OFTEN sucks a ball or two up into it by mistake. (OUCH) tip, with your hand keep your nuts at the bottom of the scrotum and away from the vacuum. 2. I didn't find the rings helpful. Thinking of trying a zip tie. ITS CHEAP - give it a shot.

I bought this on 5-18-2026. The instructions tell you to start with level 1to allow it to suck your member up inside to start with. We'll turned it on to level 1 and shows 155 but no suction at all. So onto level 2 to see if it will suck it up and in. Level 2 again just shows 155 and no suction and motor does not turn on at all to suck it in. So onto level 3 and that is when the motor turns on and sucks the member up and in, and keeps going till it has a suction of 275 the shuts off till it hits about 210 then kicks back on cause the air leaks out and level 4 motor turns on and sucks till it hits about 355 and drops to 275 before turning it back on. Drop it back to level 1 and 2 to see if pump turns on, nope no such luck at all of ducking on 1 or 2. Then when removing the device, it then also has a hard time coming off and pulls the skin with till it stretches far enough to let go and after pulling it off with in 30 minutes it is right back to the same size it was before I started. Yes sure it becomes about 5.5 inches in the tube but then goes r To 1-1.5 inches and also looses the width as well. Does not last perfectly at all as they claim it would and will do. Yea in the tube.shame the 30 days is up to return it

I’ve had it since December and The pump is very powerful, well designed, sturdy and built to last. I like that it comes with extra sleeves for different circumference sizes and also a few various sized constrictor rings to wear after use. My only gripes are with the length of the cylinder and the thin seam at the end of the bottom edges of the tube digging into my lower shaft/groin skin when using without the rubber sleeves, as they’re all too small and tight for my circumference/girth. The tube itself seems to be only around 7 or 8 inches long and I’m just discovering that I’m well over 11+ in. So it’s quite uncomfortable and difficult for me to experience any lasting results or pleasure from extensive periods of use. I keep having to pull the entire device outwards, away from my groin area and rotating the motor part at the top where the vacuum action occurs during it’s pumping process just to try having a little more room and space to ease the pain of my urethra and penile head constantly being pulled up into the suction holes of the motor. I wish it would have included some sort of extension attachments to place at the base of the cylinder to provide more room for longer, girthier guys who struggle just to sit and stand comfortably without having to adjust their posture and normal walking habits while out and about in order just to avoid awkward stares and inappropriate comments from strangers. But overall, after enduring a few painful 22+ minute sessions every now and then with the device, I did get to see some pretty amazing results in just how effective it is for adding even more blood flow and almost a freakishly incredible gains in girth to my already impressive erections, one of my female friends was just at a loss for words and so surprised that she actually made me take pictures of my results just so she could show off to her girl friends and coworkers who she knows will want to see for themselves in person. So that’s a plus!🤗 I’ll continue to use it carefully and gradually until I can find a much more customised and comfortable solution for my needs.

To summarize: I am 70 years old with no ED issues and just shy of 7” with a frisky 50 year old girlfriend that wanted to see if this could make my unit a little thicker. I am happy to report that in my case immediate results were noticeable but not long lasting. However, long enough for her to appreciate it for one go around. I believe with regular maintenance as stated in the instructions (4 or more times a week up to 20 each) it just might do some improvement at least for girth. I will caution ⚠️ the vacuum is powerfull enough to the testies right up in the tube, so make sure you press the bottom securely so this painful episode doesn’t happen. I also recommend assembling and putting it against your arm and practicing the all the operations and get familiar with the them before using this device. I personally did not find the included rings necessary to use when using the machine. However, they are a good addition to my collection 😎 hope this was helpful. Good luck, be careful and enjoy.

This item does not come with great instructions, I really didn’t understand how the item worked after receiving it. I know that sounds dumb, you put it in and pump right? Well no. There is a method to increasing and decreasing pressure over a 5-10 min span to achieve the result that you want, and the. You must apply the restricting ring to the base of your member before you release the pressure. So helpful tip- put that ring around the machine before you start and slip it off the bottom. No one said this and it took a while to figure out. Maybe I’m just not the smartest of people but I really feel like this was under explained. As for quality- it was ok, it works. I could see that the quality allows the gasket that goes around the member at the bottom allows it to be sucked up in the machine and then you have to start again. The frustration is added when you have lubricant on that piece to make it easier for it to come off. Trust me though apply that lubricant liberally. You don’t want that special equipment in that without lubricant. You will end up with that a ring and swollen pleasure applicator while your hands are covered in lube. Take your time and if you have a partner to help the first time that’s helpful. If you are trying in This as a medical device I would look elsewhere. If you just thought hey I wonder what that would do and how big I can get it for kicks, well then it’s worth the 30 bucks.
