The most recent pump I purchased arrived with several issues which prevented it from functioning. I worked with Alice, who upon hearing of these issues, promptly issued a full refund which immediately was credited to my account. This thing is AMAZING! Very comfortable to use/wear - I can walk around the house, multi-task...while it's holding vacuum, getting me fuller & ready to go! I use on highest level 4 - it's perfect. Not too little, not painful - and I get great results...trust me on this! Battery life...is phenomenal! I asked customer service about new charging cabel - and Alice was super fast answering. Overall, this is an okay product with a decent set of features for the price. It comes with multiple accessories and sizes, along with added extras, which gives it some versatility depending on what you’re looking for. The build quality feels solid and not cheap, and the suction strength is definitely there. That said, it can feel a bit intense, especially as you increase the settings. I did notice some discomfort, particularly around pressure on my pelvic bone, so this is something you have to use carefully and gradually. It’s important to follow instructions closely and take a slow approach. The suction is strong enough that improper use could lead to discomfort, so caution is key. As for performance, it works, but I’m not completely sold on how it compares to more traditional manual options. It gets the job done, but it may not be for everyone.

As an avid "pumper" for many years, I know pumps, well, at least the manual ones. I have gone through four manual pumps over the last decade. Something always fails on them and as I get older the actual pumping is getting to my carpal tunnel issues. So, after my last pump fell apart I decided to take the leap to an electronic pump. I did my research, read the reviews, looked at pumps that ran as much as $160 and decided to try this one. Granted, it's only been two weeks, but so far I am impressed. It is still running on its initial charge and works extremely well. With four vacuum settings it gives me the ability to perform intermittent pumping by just scaling up and down the settings, or I can keep it at one of the four settings that suits how I, and my guy, are feeling that day. Hands free, easy to clean, relatively quiet, with two silicone rings for different sized manhoods. I prefer no ring at all, but I keep my area free of hair so I always get a good seal. For under $40 it seems like a great deal. Time will be the true test. How long will that little motor last, or when will the electronics fail. Will update when or if they do. As an aside, pumping, when done regularly, really does increase girth, and a little bit of length, in my own personal experience. I have found that most of my partners over the years prefer girth to length. If you are looking for length enhancement you might consider weights, like Zenhager. I use these too and they work. The combination of pumping and weight training, when done consistently, have made for a thicker, hardier and slightly longer guy. Update, January 25, 2021: 4 weeks into owning this and it is still on the original charge and showing no signs of loosing strength. I am not sure why but this pump distributes the vacuum more evenly than the manual pumps I have owned. I typically go right up to the highest setting and do two sets of 10 minutes. I have not found that I get the "bulge" I used to get under the head of my guy when I use this pump. I get a nice thickness all along the length of my shaft, which is what I am looking for. My wife is enjoying it very much, even complaining (well, not really) that I am too thick. She always manages to overcome her initial complaint though... Update: March 6, 2022 - Still running on the initial charge!!! I don't know how this is possible, but I am stunned at the battery life. I don't use it every day, but use it frequently. I now have a routine of pumping to the highest level, after warming my guy up a bit, holding it there for a minute, releasing the vacuum, then another minute at the highest level. I do this ten times in a row and I am getting even thicker. My wife has even commented on the increased size of my head and shaft since the last time I updated this review. How big is "too big?" We will find out. Update- November 2, 2023: This pump is just amazing. The battery life is incredible and the ease of pumping (no constant squeezing of a cheap, hand held pump) is awesome. Just press a button and voila, the motor does all the work. My guy is definitely permanently thicker and my head is bigger as well. Can’t recommend this pump highly enough!

Wow! Just received the product, and couldn't wait to try it. I am 79 years old, and despite my earlier years of being able to deflect bullets with my banana when it came time to rise to the occasion, age had taken its toll. I read everything I could about improving my ED using supplements, prescription medication, and injections, which I ended up using. In each attempt to improve, I continued to come up short and limp. This is an amazing device and much more affordable than the medical ones recommended by my Dr. There is a learning curve and the instructions included are not real detailed. The biggest problem I had was the boys getting sucked in …. Ouch! My fault, not using it correctly for my ED rehab. Here’s the GREAT news. They offer an “after sale” link to email for help. I received a response a few hours later from Alice! She was wonderful. I was a bit embarrassed asking a female pretty specific questions but she made me feel comfortable and her answers were so helpful.
