Very pleased with the product. It arrived as described, It works for me very well. Impressive results actually, much to my surprise! Unfortunately, after I had only had the product for a few days, I was cleaning the cylinder when it slipped from my hand, and hit the hardwood floor. This caused a crack in the cylinder which meant it would no longer hold pressure. I contacted customer service and a replacement was sent right away. Thank you so much Alice!

Very good device. I have a manual pump and the hydro pump. This one is easy to use, I use it while watching tv and it ensures the proper suction without me doing anything. Noticeable girth increase and some length. The only thing where improvement can be made is the base, it can become uncomfortable around the base. So I actually used tissue between the tube and base to extra padding and it helped a lot. After 3 - 4 sessions at about 5 minutes you really see the difference especially if you use a ring. My women also like the difference. 6β to 7β and forth increase of about an inch.

It works pretty well. It's very powerful suction. Two issues I have with the item. First, it's so powerful. It can pull in the testicles, which is quite painful to get out. Even with the tight caps, my testicle seem to find a way to work their way in. Also the tight caps seem not to be able to hold suction on the higher levels. I'd like the max thing out, but unfortunately often happens when I start getting to the higher levels, losing the vacuum seal. Otherwise, it works really well very easy to use.

As an avid "pumper" for many years, I know pumps, well, at least the manual ones. I have gone through four manual pumps over the last decade. Something always fails on them and as I get older the actual pumping is getting to my carpal tunnel issues. So, after my last pump fell apart I decided to take the leap to an electronic pump. I did my research, read the reviews, looked at pumps that ran as much as $160 and decided to try this one. Granted, it's only been two weeks, but so far I am impressed. It is still running on its initial charge and works extremely well. With four vacuum settings it gives me the ability to perform intermittent pumping by just scaling up and down the settings, or I can keep it at one of the four settings that suits how I, and my guy, are feeling that day. Hands free, easy to clean, relatively quiet, with two silicone rings for different sized manhoods. I prefer no ring at all, but I keep my area free of hair so I always get a good seal. For under $40 it seems like a great deal. Time will be the true test. How long will that little motor last, or when will the electronics fail. Will update when or if they do. As an aside, pumping, when done regularly, really does increase girth, and a little bit of length, in my own personal experience. I have found that most of my partners over the years prefer girth to length. If you are looking for length enhancement you might consider weights, like Zenhager. I use these too and they work. The combination of pumping and weight training, when done consistently, have made for a thicker, hardier and slightly longer guy. Update, January 25, 2021: 4 weeks into owning this and it is still on the original charge and showing no signs of loosing strength. I am not sure why but this pump distributes the vacuum more evenly than the manual pumps I have owned. I typically go right up to the highest setting and do two sets of 10 minutes. I have not found that I get the "bulge" I used to get under the head of my guy when I use this pump. I get a nice thickness all along the length of my shaft, which is what I am looking for. My wife is enjoying it very much, even complaining (well, not really) that I am too thick. She always manages to overcome her initial complaint though... Update: March 6, 2022 - Still running on the initial charge!!! I don't know how this is possible, but I am stunned at the battery life. I don't use it every day, but use it frequently. I now have a routine of pumping to the highest level, after warming my guy up a bit, holding it there for a minute, releasing the vacuum, then another minute at the highest level. I do this ten times in a row and I am getting even thicker. My wife has even commented on the increased size of my head and shaft since the last time I updated this review. How big is "too big?" We will find out. Update- November 2, 2023: This pump is just amazing. The battery life is incredible and the ease of pumping (no constant squeezing of a cheap, hand held pump) is awesome. Just press a button and voila, the motor does all the work. My guy is definitely permanently thicker and my head is bigger as well. Canβt recommend this pump highly enough!

I upgraded to this from a manual pump and the convenience is a total game-changer. The automatic motor is powerful, and being hands-free makes a huge difference.
