I spent quite a bit of time researching machines as I did not want to get burned on a cheap one that disappoints but was cautious about shelling out $400+ on something I wasn't sure my wife would like. Overall this machine landed in the sweet spot between positive reviews and price. A few months later and we use this fairly frequently. While my wife was skeptical, she has since come to really like the machine. It seems to be easier for her to hit the right spot every time. Some assorted thoughts: 1 - Shipping was discrete and machine came with a nice carrying case. Instructions were adequate. 2 - Machine is pretty powerful, I have yet to see it stall. 3 - We definitely have not hit full speed, at best maybe half speed. 4 - Toy quality is great as are the attachments we have. 5 - I wouldn't call it whisper quiet or anything but its certainly quieter than some of the cheaper options we've seen. A tv or music at a reasonable volume drowns it out. 6 - We have the remote and app controlled version although my wife tends to like to use the regular dial herself. The remote control is fine for what it is but doesn't have the fine tuning of the dial. The app is actually pretty cool and Hismith has tried to create a community around the machine so you have people uploading various patterns that can be played through the app. Some of these are quiet good. 7 - We've had two issues since getting the machine a - I could not connect bluetooth unless I was about 6 inches away. Customer support sent us a replacement speed controller which arrived within a couple of days which solved the problem. They did not have us return the original one. b - Just as we were setting up the machine a few months after owning it, it stopped moving. Customer support worked with me over a few days through email sending me a replacement power supply and then eventually another speed controller which solved the problem. 8 - Customer support is amazing. They tend to respond around 10-12PM EST however work with you to diagnose the problem over email. They will ask for video recordings if needed and will send out parts quickly if that looks like a fix. I'm sure there is a ton more I could say but overall I'm very pleased that we took the chance on this machine.

If you want a machine that will provide a steady thrusting at the speed you choose for as long as you like, this will do the job for you and do it well. It's very polished, cleverly designed and expertly machined- there's no janky garage-built feel to it. Those legs are solid stainless steel, not cheap chrome-plated tube. The power supply looks like something off a name-brand laptop. The fittings that attach the drive arm to the insertable are quality work, and provide a positive connection that's strong but still easy to disconnect when you're ready, and the insertables themselves are quality silicone. Expensive as it is, if you want an fmachine, this is worth the money. For my own purposes, if I were to buy it again I would get a simple model with the wired remote and not mess with the wireless remote or phone app connection. If you want a steady rhythm with the ability to increase speed as you desire, the wired remote does it perfectly and provides a quick, positive way to stop it immediately when you want to (for example, if you need to reposition). The wireless remote works, but with few buttons and no display I wasn't always sure what it was going to get me, and it required a little too much attention to use. The app, while cool in theory, wasn't really enjoyable in practice. Still, I can't fault the machine- it works very well for the intended purpose.

This thing is the top of the line machine only wish I had bought one years ago instead of buying cheaper ones. The app has so many different options that will make your toes curl. A little expensive but worth every penny of it. Thanks for making such a great machine.

Everybody raves about this product. for 500 bucks. I'm going to warn you .... now if you happen to have a tight orifice.. ( thank you lol) and if that bar that the dildo or whatever toy you have connected to the machine via pop attachment, if that meets any resistance, The bar that the dildo connect's to , the bar will pop out of the casing it's in. Now it doesn't break .. The machines built well but, this is the Achilles heel of the machine. It's the bar that attaches the dildo to the machine according to the manufacturers instructions. Now after the first time it popped out it took me a while to figure it out the first time it did it, but after I figured it out it's real easy to put back in But, I'm sorry it's frustrating. Okay .. I mean you there excited of anticipated sexual experience, and then when things are feeling good, The dang bar pops out, and you have to stop, wipe the lube off your hands Because you won't be able to get a grip on the knob screw thing that pops out that holds up bar in place . And when it popped out my dildo fell into the floor. And well you know I had to clean the dildo off and then we'll I'm sorry I'm not real charming when I get interrupted during sex unless the house is on fire. I did some research before pulling the trigger on this purchase, and the Hismith Premium 3.0 Pro delivered in ways I didnât fully anticipate. Build Quality: Solid and heavy â this machine means business. Itâs not tall, so plan to use it on the floor. Thatâs not a complaint; itâs just useful intel before you set up. Setup & Positioning: Getting everything aligned solo takes some patience the first time â an extra pair of hands helps enormously with initial positioning and lining things up. I just ordered the Hismith Non-Slip Anti-Rotation Base Plate, which should make going solo much less of a negotiation. Controls: App, remote, and wired. I havenât used the app. The remote comes pre-programmed with some fun sequences worth cycling through. But when things get serious, the wired controller is precise and responsive. Performance â and this is what really matters: Iâm a guy who uses this for anal play and prostate stimulation, so take this review in that context. The machine doesnât just start thrusting relentlessly. It starts with the most satisfying, patient pressure against your hole. Itâs not aggressive. Itâs not rushing. Overall the machine itself performs admirably, it has quite a bit of power behind it it doesn't tend to rock when actually in use and doesn't feel like it's trying to get away from you even at its highest settings. The noise level of it is tolerable you can put on some music and it would probably cover it up. My biggest complaint is that it comes with a toy that is barely usable, rather than a plate where somebody can put their own toys attached to it; which you can get as an attachment but you have to pay extra for... The toy itself is incredibly hard, rigid and has edges on it are not body safe for internal uses; which could easily lead to injury even when you were using the machinery 100% correctly. Overall the machine is perfectly fine but choosing to have an attachable toy rather than a plate that allows the user to attach their own is a fatal flaw in it's marketing in my opinion; anyone that ends up buying this is better off also getting the plate because you're probably going to toss the toy right out.

*Edit* There's a big issue with the set up so it's partially my fault. The speed controller can be forced in incorrectly because the notch is small. The company stated they will be redesigning that notch so that it cannot be forced in. If you have issues with this machine check where the notch is. It should have no resistance when inserting it, if it does you're probably doing it wrong. I'm changing my review to 5 stars because it's honestly a great machine once working. *End edit* So I got my first machine and it didn't work. The power charger didn't turn on so I contacted support they sent me a new charger... Great the charger works now! The speed controller doesn't turn on and nothing happens so I get a return after talking to Amazon. I buy another one as a replacement and finally get it only to find out this one ALSO doesn't work. Am I missing a step to turn it on? What's going on here?
