The machine came in a discrete box inside a second discrete box.😊 inside was an compartmentalized very organized storage bag with strong handles and a compartment for each of the items that goes with the machine. The instructions are easy to read and understand and the assembly takes about 2 to 3 minutes. The registration process for the mobile app was also easy. It took a couple of minutes.. The machine seem to be well Built out of good quality material and was heavy so that it doesn’t easily tip over, but not so heavy that you can’t move it. We have not had playtime yet but ran it thru different programs and seems like it’s going to be a lot of fun. The price may seem high but for what u are getting it’s a bargain. Remember when you buy cheap you buy twice.

I spent quite a bit of time researching machines as I did not want to get burned on a cheap one that disappoints but was cautious about shelling out $400+ on something I wasn't sure my wife would like. Overall this machine landed in the sweet spot between positive reviews and price. A few months later and we use this fairly frequently. While my wife was skeptical, she has since come to really like the machine. It seems to be easier for her to hit the right spot every time. Some assorted thoughts: 1 - Shipping was discrete and machine came with a nice carrying case. Instructions were adequate. 2 - Machine is pretty powerful, I have yet to see it stall. 3 - We definitely have not hit full speed, at best maybe half speed. 4 - Toy quality is great as are the attachments we have. 5 - I wouldn't call it whisper quiet or anything but its certainly quieter than some of the cheaper options we've seen. A tv or music at a reasonable volume drowns it out. 6 - We have the remote and app controlled version although my wife tends to like to use the regular dial herself. The remote control is fine for what it is but doesn't have the fine tuning of the dial. The app is actually pretty cool and Hismith has tried to create a community around the machine so you have people uploading various patterns that can be played through the app. Some of these are quiet good. 7 - We've had two issues since getting the machine a - I could not connect bluetooth unless I was about 6 inches away. Customer support sent us a replacement speed controller which arrived within a couple of days which solved the problem. They did not have us return the original one. b - Just as we were setting up the machine a few months after owning it, it stopped moving. Customer support worked with me over a few days through email sending me a replacement power supply and then eventually another speed controller which solved the problem. 8 - Customer support is amazing. They tend to respond around 10-12PM EST however work with you to diagnose the problem over email. They will ask for video recordings if needed and will send out parts quickly if that looks like a fix. I'm sure there is a ton more I could say but overall I'm very pleased that we took the chance on this machine.

I did some research before pulling the trigger on this purchase, and the Hismith Premium 3.0 Pro delivered in ways I didn’t fully anticipate. Build Quality: Solid and heavy — this machine means business. It’s not tall, so plan to use it on the floor. That’s not a complaint; it’s just useful intel before you set up. Setup & Positioning: Getting everything aligned solo takes some patience the first time — an extra pair of hands helps enormously with initial positioning and lining things up. I just ordered the Hismith Non-Slip Anti-Rotation Base Plate, which should make going solo much less of a negotiation. Controls: App, remote, and wired. I haven’t used the app. The remote comes pre-programmed with some fun sequences worth cycling through. But when things get serious, the wired controller is precise and responsive. Performance — and this is what really matters: I’m a guy who uses this for anal play and prostate stimulation, so take this review in that context. The machine doesn’t just start thrusting relentlessly. It starts with the most satisfying, patient pressure against your hole. It’s not aggressive. It’s not rushing. If you want a machine that will provide a steady thrusting at the speed you choose for as long as you like, this will do the job for you and do it well. It's very polished, cleverly designed and expertly machined- there's no janky garage-built feel to it. Those legs are solid stainless steel, not cheap chrome-plated tube. The power supply looks like something off a name-brand laptop. The fittings that attach the drive arm to the insertable are quality work, and provide a positive connection that's strong but still easy to disconnect when you're ready, and the insertables themselves are quality silicone. Expensive as it is, if you want an fmachine, this is worth the money. For my own purposes, if I were to buy it again I would get a simple model with the wired remote and not mess with the wireless remote or phone app connection. If you want a steady rhythm with the ability to increase speed as you desire, the wired remote does it perfectly and provides a quick, positive way to stop it immediately when you want to (for example, if you need to reposition). The wireless remote works, but with few buttons and no display I wasn't always sure what it was going to get me, and it required a little too much attention to use. The app, while cool in theory, wasn't really enjoyable in practice. Still, I can't fault the machine- it works very well for the intended purpose.

Everybody raves about this product. for 500 bucks. I'm going to warn you .... now if you happen to have a tight orifice.. ( thank you lol) and if that bar that the dildo or whatever toy you have connected to the machine via pop attachment, if that meets any resistance, The bar that the dildo connect's to , the bar will pop out of the casing it's in. Now it doesn't break .. The machines built well but, this is the Achilles heel of the machine. It's the bar that attaches the dildo to the machine according to the manufacturers instructions. Now after the first time it popped out it took me a while to figure it out the first time it did it, but after I figured it out it's real easy to put back in But, I'm sorry it's frustrating. Okay .. I mean you there excited of anticipated sexual experience, and then when things are feeling good, The dang bar pops out, and you have to stop, wipe the lube off your hands Because you won't be able to get a grip on the knob screw thing that pops out that holds up bar in place . And when it popped out my dildo fell into the floor. And well you know I had to clean the dildo off and then we'll I'm sorry I'm not real charming when I get interrupted during sex unless the house is on fire. Don't bother me .. when I start sex I don't like to start and stop.. So I used this machine for 6 months now with various equipment and feel good about reviewing it. + it is very handy to transport + very easy to setup, carry around, adjust + the finishing of the materials is high quality + the motor is strong and def fast enough + the remote control reacts quickly + the noise level is absolutely acceptable + the connector is nice and the dildos that they have are of very good quality I use the suction cup which works even for a heavier dildo (+2 pounds). However, I wouldn’t go heavier than that. In order to appreciate the machine, it is important to have 1) Silicon grease for the bearings. If the shaft is dry, put grease on it. 2) Allen keys for the screws connecting the links. After some time of playing they will develop some wiggle room which can result in a suboptimal power + a knocking sound. With all that being said, I am happy about my purchase. I am convinced that this is the best money will buy you in this price segment. Power and usability should make most of you out there happy 😉

If you are thinking about getting one of these machines then think no more, just get it! The machine itself is an amazing investment, not only can you go to town with the machine but you can also just sit back and relax and let it do it's thing which allows you to learn more about yourself without getting exhausted before the grand finale. I have had all sorts of orgasms, I am still yet to have the fabled 'Super O' but I feel that I am getting there slowly but surely and loving the journey. BUT, for me the most important part has been the after sales support, I have had 2 minor issues with the machine since I have had it (nothing major, everything was usable but just not perfect). Their support got back to me instantly, asked for a photo for one and a video for the other and immediately sent me replacement parts while upgrading them for free. Normally I would give 4 stars, even with good support and honoring their warranty, as no one wants issues with an expensive purchase but I can't stress enough how well they have handled the issues! They are 100% customer orientated and at the end of the day I am actually glad I have had the 2 issues I have had because it gave me 1st hand experience with how they deal with the issues, it makes me want to buy more from them. So again, if you are contemplating buy this machine, just do it! If you are contemplating buying anything from Hismith, just do it! This machine is powerful, It can hold up and move large toys(up to 16 inch toys), the speed is insane, if you like interesting sex rhythms then the app and remote is definitely worth it. The app has custom rhymes that are a lot of fun but the Bluetooth is laggy on the app so BE CAREFUL, mine lagged out while I was prone, got locked on some custom hardcore railing mode and pretty much crippled me for two minutes straight while I was looking for the remote. So definitely keep the remote nearby because the stop button is a must have at all time. Especially in prone positions. The metal bars are also completely solid and heavy so they hold the machine down really well for the most part. The two big CONS are the Bluetooth issue with the app and the fact that is doesn’t come with any accessories to attach your own toys although I knew that before buying it and bought a vac-u lock attachment with it that works great. 4 stars because a $500 machine could at least come with the attachment. I mean this machine is as much as an Xbox series x.
